"I got six estimates for replacement of my 12-year-old water heater. I went with Advanced Water Systems of Coastal NC-VA. I’m extremely happy with the purchase and installation of my new water heater. Advanced Water Systems of Coastal NC-VA impressed me at every step of the process. They provided a fair estimate, professional communication and installation, answered all my questions during the process, and cleaned up after they were done. The installation team installed a new gas shut off valve and an expansion tank, in addition to the water heater, and didn’t add on extra charges like some companies. They also insulated the pipes. I’m thankful that everything is now up to code. The plumber explained the purpose of the expansion tank, other companies didn’t even mention one. Both of the people doing the install were highly knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend Advanced Water Systems of Coastal NC-VA."

"If you are ready to let go of plenty of money for work, then this is the place to call! The man that came out was courteous and polite and the work was good. Technician came out on a Saturday for weekend call and then had to return for a few hours on the following Monday. Total between 7-8 hours (included a trip to Raleigh from Creedmoor and back for a pump). We were charged an extra service charge on top of labor for the trip to get pump. The labor charge averaged out to a little more than $208 per hour. Company was called and bill was discussed. I was told that they do not charge by hour anymore, that they charge by the job and what work is done. (Replaced the pump, line and wire in well and tank). I was told that I would get a call back to discuss the bill, was called back the first time by the time that was stated, but asked could he call later that day when he had more time. There was never a call back. I know things are more expensive these days, but not this much!"

"From the very start in meeting Stuart I knew that this company was by far one of the best in the industry. He was extremely knowledgeable about exactly what type of system to install along with carefully listening to what mine and my wife's needs were so that he could make sure to meet them, which he fully did. Two thumbs up to Stuart along with Jeremy and Robb who came out and did an amazing job on our whole house water filtration system install. It was also very impressive that there is still a company out there that when they say they will be there, they are! Very punctual and the follow-up was superb. Jeremy and Robb were very detailed in making sure everything was done 100% correct and that no mistakes were made along the way in installing the system. I absolutely love the fact of being thorough and doing it right the first time! A+++++++ for a job well done and a great reputable company that stands behind their word!
