"Very smoothly, Hugo and crew are very dependable. They work well, very well. They listen to the homeowner, they ask when unsure what to do. I have actually enjoyed having them doing the work. The work is quality and worth the price. When they say they will be there, they are. Hugo communicates by text, e-mail and phone. He also comes in person and reviews what is being done. They are all polite, respectful and I highly recommend this group."

"After numerous "pros" came to repair my HVAC system, I always got the same response....you need a new system for 8.5 to 12.5k. What they don't know is I know enough about these systems to know the cost of parts and how the system works. So when the "technician" shows up and says they don't know which of the 5 parts was a problem, I'm skeptical. I just don't want to fix everything myself anymore. Comfort Monster is different. The difference is their technicians do not work on commission. Repairman from other companies get paid when the customer has to buy a new HVAC system, giving no incentive to fix anything. Comfort Monster technicians take pride in solving the puzzle of why the machine isn't working. I have two systems and when they inevitably have a problem, I'm calling these guys. Dude even gave my little girls Comfort Monster plush toys and they carry them everywhere!"

"Mike is fantastic. We had a leak in an outer wall that damaged our flooring and the wall. He repaired the leak, replaced the flooring, and installed new wainscoting that I had been wanting on the damaged wall. The quality of his work is top notch and he was so kind and easy to work with. 100% recommend."

"It went very well, unit and all duct work replaced in a day and a half, as expected. Friendly professional workers, they have already returned to adjust the duct dampers to improve flow to bedrooms. Price was in line with quotes from other HVAC companies."

Subcontractors questions, answered by experts

By providing precise guidelines that reduce errors and facilitate smooth execution.

Most Greek Revival architecture homes are one and a half to two stories, depending on the footprint, which sets them apart from some Federal architecture homes that are three stories. The gabled roof on the second floor can sometimes cut into the living space, especially on smaller homes of this style, which leaves a much smaller living area upstairs.

Check reviews, compare quotes, and verify licensing. Ensure the builder has experience with modular construction.

Costs depend on project complexity, software requirements, and the draftsperson’s experience.

Structural engineers draw structural plans, which include detailed drawings of the structural components of a home only. Complete house plans will require additional work from an architect or draftsperson, whose drawings will take the structural drawings into account. They’ll also include more details about the finishing materials and layout of a home, including everything from roofing and flooring materials to the position of furniture, light fixtures, switches, and plumbing fixtures.
