The work included installing a new countertop, sink, faucet,, and light fixture in one bathroom and painting the bathroom; removing painted wallpaper from one large wall and smoothing and painting the wall; replacing one set of bifold closet doors and trimming off and adjusting multiple other sets so they would operate smoothly; and replacing large window panels and the door in our front entryway. Dimas, who served as the foreman for the work on our house, also smelled gas in our utility closet and on his own initiative, figured out where the gas leak was and showed us, so we could call someone to come repair that. "Joe Marshall brought in some subcontractors: great guys, very experienced. When they came, the came to WORK, and they worked really hard and really well. Making over my garage will be a 3-phase job, and this was just Phase One: Dry wall, ceiling fan, and a waterline/sink into the projected bathroom. Great communication between them and me, great job, and I always knew what to expect. The garage looks good, all sheetrocked and the walls painted with trim, and they put a shut-off valve on the waterline, which is very convenient. They put in little details like that, very experienced, very professional."
