"They showed up on time, did a professional job. They are very reasonably priced over the other tree services and did all they said they would and more. They cleaned up and put my mind at ease removing the unsafe dead trees. I would highly recommend them and will use them again."

"As I expected, the service was excellent! Their employees are always friendly and leave a packet of information on the front door explaining what they've done that day and any instructions if needed. If interested in cost, please call them as the cost is dependent on which services you are interested in."

"I met with Eric first who came exactly when he said he would to provide an estimate. I needed 4 large trees removed including stump grinding. The rate was very fair. Less than a week later we scheduled a date and time to do the work. Eric, Edwin, and crew came as scheduled and did an amazing/fast job!! They even got hired by my neighbor who saw their work. I would definitely hire them again and will recommend them to anyone needing tree service. Great work!!"

Tree Service questions, answered by experts

Tree borers are difficult to control and remove once they make a home in your tree. However, with patience and determination, some methods can slow the damage or even eliminate the pests. But, once the damage is too much for the tree to handle, the only solution becomes removing it. Talk to a tree specialist early for the best chance at saving your tree.

Yes, healthy and well-placed large trees can boost property value by an average of 3% to 15%. They improve curb appeal, offer energy savings through shade and wind protection, and are often considered by appraisers during home valuation. On the flip side, removing dead or hazardous trees can also increase value by eliminating safety risks. For the biggest return, choose low-maintenance, native species that thrive in your climate.

Yes, pruning makes trees stronger because it fosters proper growth, weight distribution, and balance of the crown. By increasing the structural integrity of the tree through pruning, it’s less likely to experience disease, pests, broken limbs, and storm damage. Pruning the right branches and limbs is key to improving a tree’s strength and balance.

Whether you should remove the roots of a dead tree depends on whether they’re damaging nearby areas. For instance, if the roots continue to grow near sidewalks, driveways, or the foundation of your home, they can cause damage. If you want to plant something else in that spot, removing the roots can make it easier for the new tree or plant to grow.

Coverage varies quite a bit by policy, but most homeowners' insurance policies will cover $500 to $1,000 of the cost of removing a tree. Additionally, if your tree causes damage to your property, like your house, many policies will cover some or all of the costs to repair the damage, depending on why the tree fell.
