Paul K.
May 2018
Not well. The GC described the job as taking 8 weeks and after 4 1/2 months he had taken 40% of the contract dollar amount of 125K and MAYBE done 15-20% of the job. He abandoned the project and has gone AWOL leaving other projects in his dust as well. He pays his workers in cash and does not report income or expenses to the IRS (we have proof). He was working on the job for 2 months without a valid contractor's license. Almost all subcontractors who have done any work on the job have NOT been paid or were paid with an NSF check.
