So much so that he even has a key to let himself and crews into the house to take care of my desires while I’m away. If there are any subcontractors required, Steven is always there overseeing the project. At all times I’m kept informed as to the progress of the job. This is done verbally and with pictures. Making over my garage will be a 3-phase job, and this was just Phase One: Dry wall, ceiling fan, and a waterline/sink into the projected bathroom. Great communication between them and me, great job, and I always knew what to expect. The garage looks good, all sheetrocked and the walls painted with trim, and they put a shut-off valve on the waterline, which is very convenient. They put in little details like that, very experienced, very professional."
