"Geo and his team recently performed exterior repair work on my home to fix rotting wood along corners and gables. The work was extensive and very detailed. The work was thorough and of the highest quality. We were extremely happy and satisfied with the repairs Geo and his crew performed. The work wasn’t easy, the front of the house sits on a tall sloping hill where ladders need to go. His team handled this wonderfully and kept the landscaping intact. From the initial estimate until the final walk-through Geo was courteous and professional and gave meaningful suggestions about which materials to use and where the issues were. It felt more like a close collaboration than just some “contractors”. It was greatly appreciated. We will definitely be using Geo again for future projects."

"I hired Matt Ford to tear out an old bathroom and completely remodel it and install a shower stall. I have never had a contractor who takes such time with his customer and explain the process step by step, making sure I understood what was going on and that he was doing things to our satisfaction. Honest as the day is long, I just gave him a key to the house. He would text me each day, often with an accompanying picture, and explain what he and Steve had done that day. I have already got him lined up for our next home improvement project."

"Hired a professional to install 2 hand rails for my parents. One was installed on the front porch brick steps and one on the back porch brick steps. They arrived on time, installed both handrails quickly and safely. Handrails are sturdy, and now my parents lives are that much safer. Would recommend."

"Joe, the owner was hands on the job. Very professional and very personable. He responded quickly when we had a question. He personally took us to Loweâ s and purchased two windows. We had a bad experience with Window World which he stood up for us against their decision not to reimburse us for the windows. The crew was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Prime Custom Homes and plan on having them do more windows for us."
