Last fall when Air Experts performed routine maintenance they indicated the unit had some issues but it wasn't worth the money to fix it. I knew this was a good time to have a system replaced since traditionally a slow time of year for heating and cooling people. So I requested a quote for replacing the unit, the price given was reasonable with no pressure to buy more than what we needed. Air Experts were able to put in the unit last Friday. Anyone in the Raleigh/Durham area would realize last Friday, due to so much freezing rain, it wasn't the time most people would cheerfully install an outside unit for a heat pump. Additionally, the space for the inside unit is in a tight space in the gable under our roof. It took skill, knowledge and patience to take out the old unit and install the new unit. They took great care to protect our flooring from the front door all the way to the third floor. I am not an expert on such installs but it was clear this unit was installed with a lot more care then the original unit with all the duct work much more carefully secured and sealed. The installers were professional throughout the process and did an excellent job cleaning up and lastly gave us a tour of our new system and allow us time to ask questions. Our encounters (one repair, routine maintenance and now an install) with Air Experts have been excellent, I feel they are committed to doing it right and having customers for the long haul therefore I give them A++

Apply a layer of gravel to bottom of trench, lay perforated drain pipe with silt cloth around it, add more rock and cover ground level Seal vents that weren't sealed Installation of Catch Basin. Installation of Sump Pump. Installation of drain line. The job went very well. Everyone I worked with was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. Had a heavy rain last night, checked the crawlspace this morning and found the problem area was dry. They also replaced damaged vapor barrier as a result of the flooding at no charge to me, since they originally installed it last year before the flooding appeared. The work is guaranteed for 1 year and I'm certain that if I had any future issues they would come out and quickly resolve the problem. A special thanks to Rob, Taylor, Brian, and Drew. Taylor did most of the labor and always answered any concerns I had as the job progressed.
