Josh is an excellent technician. Also, he is a very friendly and pleasant person, to talk with.

When service technicians arrived, we found out that the system I ordered was not complete. They helped me understand how to get the required parts and contact them for the installation. I was not charged a fee. Randy and Josh were fantastic. I am definitely calling when the parts arrive.

Ease of scheduling, follow tech on map to property, and followup was excellent. Randy was knowledgeable, explained in layman's terms, and cared about solving the problem.

They do not fix the problem you call about, they find other problems. Then another service call fee, order parts without knowing exactly what part.

Little pricey, but did a great job

I picked bottle free because they were the first to get back to me and that matters because they followed up on all my calls with a real person. No robo answerung service, press this button for this or that. The techs were nice and my dig even liked them.

Buyer beware If you get this system and you finance it through them, then you will have revolving credit. This means you got a credit card maxed out, this is bad for your credit score like really bad. If you buy the system, then you need to get your own financing. 10000k credit maxed out as revolving credit.

Installer Randy was very nice, professional and a good sense of humor. He was on time, did the install quickly. Cleaned up after himself. Explained how the system worked. I would use Bottle Free again if the need arose.

Very timely and quality service. They set the system up and scheduled a follow-up appointment with me to come back and go over the system since I was not available when it was installed. I also liked the communication confirmations and update provided throughout the process. They are very concerned about providing a high quality experience to their customers.

It was a pleasure to have a tech like George who knew his trade for sure. He was prompt, very nice, generous in nature and I actually enjoyed his company and our chats. He worked steady and only did it once and it was right. I wanted to do this project for 10 years, and he was the guy for the job. I'm happy with the work, price and timing.
