They provide professional service from beginning to end. Their customer service was excellent. Available to answer questions and courteous. We had a great experience working with the 1-800 Water Damage.

They did a great job! And were great about communicating with me about what was doing on and how long it would take. They brought in a variety of different drying machines to suck the water from the floor. They were also reasonable in price. No one wants to have to deal with water damage but if you do, they are a great company to call. I would use them again without hesitation.

Cannot say enough great things about this company. Lee was timely, professional and put my mind and ease during the whole process. We had a main sewer line backup that flooded part of our main floor and basement. Lee and the crew worked around the clock to get the job done and followed up accordingly. Great company and Lee was so attentive and professional. Thank you again for a job well done.

I called 1-800-WaterDamage to ask for some information about water damage that was done by a Sears when they were fixing my dishwasher. Red Howard spent a of of time on the phone with me discussing the options for how to best handle the damage. 1-800-WaterDamage cleans up the water and dries the floors, but they do not do the actual repairs to cabinets or floors. Even though I did not use this company (I needed to find someone who can repair the floors and cabinets), I really appreciated the time Red took on the phone with me. He was a true professional!

Red arrived within 24 hrs of service call, assessed the damage, provided written estimate, and had his crew onsite the following day to remove damage flooring/underlayment and started the drying process to eliminate any mold issues. Great job! Thanks again for prompt service!

These guys were very professional and did an amazing job. I had water damage do to a toilet leak I had no ideal I had until it was to late. Red and his team came out and put an air scrubber in right away then started cleaning up the mold. I can't say enough about how great of a job they do. My Girlfriend and I are very happy with the work they have done and how professional everyone has been.

Fabulous experience! Our dishwasher leaked on the hardwood kitchen floor, and the floor boards were "cupping" due to the water damage. Red Howard responded immediately and agreed to come take a look. He was at the house within a few hours and had injectidry vacuum pads installed that afternoon to extract the moisture. He warned me that the noise would get annoying and that it was difficult to determine how long the process would take. He stopped by every morning for a week to check on the progress. After 8 days, our floors are essentially back to normal. We were able to save the expense and hassle of getting the floors replaced or refinished. I would use 1-800-Water Damage again in an instant, although I really hope I don't have the opportunity to do so anytime soon. Highly recommend Red and his crew!

Everything turned out perfectly! After the water flooded onto and below our hardwoods, we were worried that they would have to be removed and the whole house would have to be sanded and refinished. However, thanks to 1-800 Water Damage our floors were dried in-place using special equipment used for hardwoods. The floors dried out perfectly and now they look like nothing ever happened. Red and his team saved us from a huge headache and probably saved us thousands of dollars as well. This is the second time we've worked with 1-800 Water Damage and we would gladly recommend them to our friends and family.

1-800 Water Damage was able to minimize a potentially very expensive plumbing leak in my den wall through their fast, efficient, and highly mechanized equipment. Had they not succeeded, I could have been faced with replacing expensive hardwood floors and dealing with a mold issue. Neither of which happened very luckily for me and my insurance carrier. You can't go wrong with 1-800 Water Damage.

He gave us an accurate reflection of the damage, broad estimate and suggested the appropriate next steps. We would have worked with him on the repairs, but our insurance adjuster wanted to work with their vendor. We hope that we never incur this kind of damage again, but if we do Red, and his company would be our preferred provider,

Red came to the house on Monday, provided a quote and started work on Tuesday. He was fast, thorough, and came in exactly at the price quoted. I would absolutely recommend Red for any project.

I had my water heater break in the middle of the day, when I came home I discovered the leak from my attic down into my garage and into my master bath. My plumber's work with this company, so they dispatched them and they were on site within an hour or so. Lee was my technician and he was fantastic. I don't know what the cost is as it's a cost being covered by my homeowners insurance and I haven't seen any final numbers, so I can't speak to that but if you're in need of prompt, efficient water damage assistance, don't hesitate to give these folks a call!

We recently purchased an older home with a moldy, walk-in crawl space. After we corrected an existing drainage problem, 1-800 Water Damage of Raleigh remediated the mold on the joists and subfloor, removed the existing insulation, reinsulated the entire crawl space, and installed a moisture barrier over the soil. We were very pleased with the work. Our crawl space is now clean, dry, and looks terrific! The owner, Red Howard, was honest, punctual, and very personable. We will definitely use them again for any water remediation issues that arise.

First , Lee came and taped my kitchen to totally enclose it and placed a dehumidifier and drier in place. He placed driers and a dehumidifier downstairs as well. He checked on them for 3 days and determined that carpet, pad and kitchen tile were drying. Also insured that the beams and under structure was dry. Then Red came and removed all equipment and left behind no water damage, or mess. If it had not been for the 1-800 team I would have had to replaced carpet in basement and tile in my kitchen. We were in the process of starting a kitchen remodel and did not want to replace tile. And definitely did not want to add the basement to our remodel. Red and Lee were great to work with efficient, professional and explained what was going on and how they planned to complete our damage cleanup. We were completely satisfied with the work they did for us.

1-800 Water Damage was prompt, reliable, and professional. The area was tented off and dried out with blowers and humidifiers. A technician came out almost every day to check the progress. It took a week, but it was done great!

Luckily our insurance helped a lot with the cost.

Adam is very good. He came personally over the weekend, inspected. He was prompt in giving a very good rate and also setup appointment for quickly finishing the work. He is now my contact for any future restoration work.

I called this company and they came to my house and appaised the problem. They were suppose to call me with an estimate and have their contractor contact me. I never got the appraisal and the contracted called weeks later after I decided on another company. No communication from them at all!

Great! This was the second company I had come out and he was extremely patient and professional to take the time to explain the entire process and what I could expect. He came out in the middle of the night, very prompt and knew that I had already had a previous company out and was just wanting a second opinion. Once I decided to go with his company he was prompt and professional throughout the entire process (5days) He did exactly what he said he was going to do and was very workable around my schedule and the disruption to my home and my daily life. They took great precautionary care to protect my house/personal belongings as they were bringing equipment inside and working. Did a great job and very straight forward and professional. Communicated every step of the way and even showed me the specific water readings along the way so I could see that the damage was truly repaired.

The clean-up was great, but the repair was not how I would have liked it to be. The owner of the company was very nice and thorough. Everything that went to our insurance company was very thorough. He told us there was something he had to have underneath the house that he could not get. Because of that, there was a lapse of time that lasted about two or three weeks. He didn’t call us or keep us posted and we had to call him. That was unacceptable.

Red Howard arrived quickly - even before the guys that removed the broken water heater and installed the new one. He was very professional and efficient; he also showed genuine care and concern for removing any water that had seeped into walls and doorways. We were very confident that he took care of damage that we couldn't even see. He very clearly laid out and explained his plan, documented everything and then coordinated directly with our insurance for payment. Drying everything out was a slow process, but Red saw everything through as if it were his own home.
