"We went to a Home and Garden Show and spoke to Mike the owner. We were given an appointment that was convenient for us. Mike came at set time and went over the price, product and all the guarantees. We had other estimates so Mike's was where we wanted to be. We hired him, we had used him 3 years ago for all new windows, back doors and vinyl siding. We weren't home when the roof was being replaced but our neighbors said the ground around our house was covered. The crew of about 10 people were very professional and cleaned up afterwards. Mike was waiting for us when we got home to look at the roof to make sure we were happy with it. We had many compliments from neighbors on how nice our roof looks. We highly recommend Mike and Triangle Home Exteriors. We are having him come back in the spring to replace our front door."

"Fantastic and professional. We have a small house and lost some of our gutters to a snow storm, so we decided to renovate the rest of our gutter system while repairing the damaged sections. Working with HGE was a refreshingly positive experience. All of their team members were courteous, straightforward, and responsive. The work took two days with a weather interruption in between, but communication was prompt which let us accommodate the weather. All in all, great company. I just wish they did fencing so I could hire them again."

"The Remodeling company was wonderful to work with! The office staff kept me informed when projects were going to start & their duration, when dumpsters would be dropped off or picked up, as well as letting me know when they wouldnâ t be there due to weather issues- rain and high winds. All the crews were polite and answered any questions I had. I had the Remodeling Company do my roof, tear down the old deck, build a new deck to code, and install vinyl siding and new gutters. I had had an open insurance claim for part of the roof & after the Remodeling company inspected my roof, they sent pictures of hail/wind damage to my insurance company. While insurance wasnâ t going to pay for the new claim because it was less than my deductible, the Remodeling companyâ s persistence and taking & sending insurance people more pictures of the roof has resulted in my getting money towards the roof for both claims! My house has had most of the work completed and it looks fantastic! I could not be more pleased with my selection of the company to do the updates to my house. By the way, my hiring the Remodeling Company came about as the result of a knock on my front door when they were doing work in the area. I did check them out and saw they were very highly rated & the next day we got into specifics about the project and talked money and timeframe. There was a delay due to my having to get the work approved by the HOA, but work commenced less than 2 weeks after getting HOA approval! Thank you The Remodeling Company for a job well done!"

He took pictures to show me where the wood had started to rot and how I had a leak in my bathroom and other areas because of shoddy work. "The Porters did an amazing job from start to finish. They were in constant communication with my husband and I from start to finish. Boy, we had a lot of questions. Mr Porter had to run new and replace the water pipes during his renovation, install two toilets, install vanity and sink, install light fixtures, install mirrors, install new shower, install new tub, install new tiles all the way to the ceiling, and even replace a crack wall by lifting the foundation. The ceramic tiles look amazing. I am extremely happy with the upgrades and the care he provided during his renovation. He takes pride in his work.
