"We hired Triangle Home Exteriors for a full wrap siding work after reading about them and meeting with Beth in person. Beth was patient and helpful and negotiated with us regarding additional projects and detailed the work in a nice presentation and through the invoices. The gem to her business is Brandon her project manager who helped moved items out of the way and made sure the crew stayed on task and even sometimes took to task himself on the project or brought something to attention when something even a small detail did not look correct, which my daughter respected. All house projects can be a little stressful especially smack dab in the middle of the holiday season like ours was, but 3/4 of the job was done before X-mas, and it turned out well especially the siding color and trim. I would recommend Beth and her crew for your siding needs."

"The Remodeling company was wonderful to work with! The office staff kept me informed when projects were going to start & their duration, when dumpsters would be dropped off or picked up, as well as letting me know when they wouldnâ t be there due to weather issues- rain and high winds. All the crews were polite and answered any questions I had. I had the Remodeling Company do my roof, tear down the old deck, build a new deck to code, and install vinyl siding and new gutters. I had had an open insurance claim for part of the roof & after the Remodeling company inspected my roof, they sent pictures of hail/wind damage to my insurance company. While insurance wasnâ t going to pay for the new claim because it was less than my deductible, the Remodeling companyâ s persistence and taking & sending insurance people more pictures of the roof has resulted in my getting money towards the roof for both claims! My house has had most of the work completed and it looks fantastic! I could not be more pleased with my selection of the company to do the updates to my house. By the way, my hiring the Remodeling Company came about as the result of a knock on my front door when they were doing work in the area. I did check them out and saw they were very highly rated & the next day we got into specifics about the project and talked money and timeframe. There was a delay due to my having to get the work approved by the HOA, but work commenced less than 2 weeks after getting HOA approval! Thank you The Remodeling Company for a job well done!"

"I hired Quality Builders to clean my gutters and Cristian the business owner came and did a fantastic job, he also looked at my roof and many places that were not correct when a new rough installed. He took pictures to show me where the wood had started to rot and how I had a leak in my bathroom and other areas because of shoddy work. "Amazing! The exterior siding replacement turned out to be a bigger job than anticipated because of the flammable materials Billy found underneath the old cedar siding. As soon as he made the discovery, he shared his concerns about leaving the old wrap on the house and discussed viable options with us. The change added time and labor to the job, but they quickly rescheduled the next job and made sure to complete all of our work before moving on. The kitchen/bath remodel was floor & countertop replacement and cabinet painting. Billy did a wonderful job, keeping both the kitchen and bathrooms as functional as possible during the process. He double checked all incoming products, catching poor workmanship on one of the countertops and rejecting them on our behalf at the store. After working with Sunrise Remodeling again, I am already considering future jobs for them. They are professional, timely, and communicate well. They are a joy to work with!"
