I contacted Superior Power Washing to quote, and ultimately replace, rotting trim on the roof of my house. The quotation was fast as well as getting a crew out to the house to do the work. When the arrived the set to work and efficiently got the work down and it was done extremely well using PVC products to prevent future rot. After they left I noticed the gutters and roof were not cleaned as expected based on the quotation. I contacted Mark and a crew was out to my house less than 24 hours after my email. Not only did they blow the roof off, the collected all the debris and moved it to my natural area and hosed off my car which had some debris from the cleaning. Maybe this is normal? But the two-three companies I have hired have never gone through this amount of effort...Bottom line, good prices, efficient and quality work, and they did everything to make me call back in the future.

In August, I helped my Sister-in-Law prepare her house for selling. I contacted Mark and Superior Powerwashing for services to her house/driveway. Mark and Natalie were great to work with and very friendly. Mark was able to accommodate a "crunch time" schedule; and professional. His crew showed up on time, did a great job, and cleaned up after completing the job. Their pricing was reasonable. I would recommend Mark and his company to everyone.

They were instructed to not use chemicals. Unfortunately they used chemicals and severely injured this mature climbing hydrangea. They accused me of lying and I then presented the meta date and photo as proof.

I have a large house with multiple steep pitch roofs and a pool below. I live on 3 acres surrounded by woods, so a lot of leaves. They cleaned all the gutters and picked up all the debris and left the property spotless. I have been using them for 22 years and always the same quality. I have also used Superior for power washing. Excellent!

The service was pretty good.

We have them come to do rot woods repair and also power wash, caulk and paint the house exterior. They did an excellent job again as in the past. Now the house looks like brand new. We feel that our money is well spent.

Not well average on the house and not good on cutters. Cutter guards left on the ground in back yard. One cutter pulled away from the house and one cutter guard still missing.

We had our front porch, driveway, back deck and connecting sidewalks powerwashed. Our backyard deck was also stained to match it's existing color. Mark showed up withn a few days and gave us a reasonable price for all the work. They promptly showed up for the work and we are very pleased with the results. We have been using Superior Powerwashing to clean our gutters for more than 10 years, they are always prompt and deliver what they promise. I highly recommend their services.

I left a message to schedule cleaning and to inquire about pricing. Got a call back the same day. I was lucky as they were able to come by 2 days later with an opening in their schedule for that day. 3 men came out so the work went fast but fairly thoroughly. And though the one man I spoke with was an ESL speaker, he was easy to communicate with and understood my requests for where to put the waste from the gutters, etc. The only thing I didn't like was that the office did not give me at least a ballpark idea of what time frame they would be here at since I wanted be home while they worked. The lady on the phone told me I could call early in the morning the day of my appointment to get a time estimate. I called but no one returned that call and they just showed up whenever. They do offer the option where the homeowner does not have to be present though if you don't care about that. I thought the price was reasonable which was a big factor in choosing them. Plus the owner Mark used to personally clean our gutters until he stopped coming to our area to work. Glad his company services here again as it has grown!

I wanted a company that would not use chlorine as I am chemically sensitive. A number of very reputable companies either walked away as soon as I mentioned that or never got back to me after an initial meeting. Natalie assured me that with their equipment and seasoned staff were up to the task. Initially, I was rather skeptical and insisted on being there when the work was done. No need. They were as good as their word. Since we live on one acre of property with a very long driveway and large pad, this was not a small job; yet the guys were methodical in their work and the results were very impressive. Since they did without any chemicals, I was about as happy as can be. Just the type of review that you want to be able to write. Thanks again.

Mark and his assistant did a wonderful job. It's the best quality house washing we've ever had. They were punctual, very clear, polite, and thorough. The price was exactly as we had agreed on the phone. I had requested an estimate on adding cleaning the back deck. Mark did the estimate and explained the cost when I asked questions. There was no sales pressure. I'm glad we decided to add on cleaning the deck. Everything sparkles!

The job was well done although crew did arrive an hour late. The price was higher than I had been quoted on the phone originally ($375.) and higher than all the other quotes I received. When the crew arrived we were given the higher price and we allowed them to go ahead at that point.

They didn't show up for the scheduled day. I called and they said they had a problem with their equipment that was getting fixed. I would have preferred that they call or email and let me know there was a problem. We rescheduled and things went as planned. Very good price. Need to see how the next big rain goes, but expect the gutters to be draining.

I have been impressed with Mark and his team at Superior Power Washing. I recently had a number of services done to my house (house washing, driveway power wash, gutter cleaning, and deck staining), his team was very professional and did excellent work. Natalie was a pleasure to communicate with. We will continue to use them for future and routine services!

Perfect job. House sparkles now. Concrete is bright and clean. Second time I've used them and will use them again. Surprised there are negative reviews.

Superior Washing did an excellent job for me in cleaning out my gutters. Their price was good and they came out when they said they would. They also blew the leaves off my roof and deck which I wasn't expecting, but it was a nice bonus! I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

Am having difficulty with communication. They do not respond well via Angies List and not answering my questions through email. The workers threw their bags of debris in my backyard thinking it was a natural area because the leaves had not been removed yet. I cannot get them to return to clean them up. My check was cashed immediately so they have no incentive to return.
