Beth was patient and helpful and negotiated with us regarding additional projects and detailed the work in a nice presentation and through the invoices. The gem to her business is Brandon her project manager who helped moved items out of the way and made sure the crew stayed on task and even sometimes took to task himself on the project or brought something to attention when something even a small detail did not look correct, which my daughter respected. All house projects can be a little stressful especially smack dab in the middle of the holiday season like ours was, but 3/4 of the job was done before X-mas, and it turned out well especially the siding color and trim. I would recommend Beth and her crew for your siding needs."

"Fantastic and professional. We have a small house and lost some of our gutters to a snow storm, so we decided to renovate the rest of our gutter system while repairing the damaged sections. Working with HGE was a refreshingly positive experience. All of their team members were courteous, straightforward, and responsive. The work took two days with a weather interruption in between, but communication was prompt which let us accommodate the weather. All in all, great company. I just wish they did fencing so I could hire them again."

He took pictures to show me where the wood had started to rot and how I had a leak in my bathroom and other areas because of shoddy work. The third day Mike just came by to tie up some loose ends and clean up. Being first time homeowners and not knowing how fencing even works, or the process, he was available to answer every question we had no matter what time of day. We also had questions about payment, because we had no idea how any of that works. He was brutally honest and advised to NEVER pay for a service in full up front..for anything.
