"Handyman showed up promptly at 8am as was scheduled and worked until 3:30pm. Very professional and walked me through everything he was doing and had me check every job and make sure it was up to my standards before moving onto the next job. He made sure I was satisfied and worked very hard. Very impressed and will absolutely use them again and would recommend them for anything you might need done. I was moving into a new house and while I could have done some of this I wanted it done right the first time and I am very happy with the work."

When Billy and Stephanie first entered our home, I had little idea of what I wanted other than the wall removed between our kitchen and dining room, which I knew necessitated moving appliances, electrical, and plumbing, as well as redoing the floor. They made excellent suggestions and added critical information while allowing us to make the final decisions without any pressure from them. Once the contract was signed, they wrote out clearly what we needed to do before work was scheduled to start. Once work started, they continued to communicate well, giving us daily and weekly goals, informing us about delays as soon as they knew about them, and working hard to make sure the project remained as on schedule as they could possibly keep it. "Great! We generated online quotes through Angie's List to 4 contractors on 6/11/18. Only 1 emailed us with a quote (which was too high). We figured it was a dead end, got distracted with other things & forgot about it. Then a few weeks later we got a call out of the blue from Hector. He apologized for the delayed response as he said he had been very busy. It was a great call out of the blue. He said he could come out immediately & came out the next day as promised. We discussed the price once he saw my house & gutter system. He cleaned the outside of 4 skylights while he was up there. Hector worked very hard, cleaned up all the debris & left the outside of the grounds in great shape. Hector is very polite & a hard worker! I think you will be very happy if you give Hector a call."

"After reviewing suitable contractors on Angie's List, we received two quotes for the deck/screened porch project.  We felt we would have received high quality work from both contractors, but after meeting Shane and going over the project with him, we were impressed with his positive approach and the suggestions he had about the porch & deck.  Since the quote from Craftsman Direct was more within our budget we opted to go with them for this project.
We were very pleased with the work crew, Vince and his brother Keith.  These guys are great - very friendly, very dedicated to doing professional work, and fine craftsmen.  We really appreciated their communication with us throughout the entire project.  Whenever a decision was needed about an unexpected alteration, they contacted us and informed us about the options and gave us their recommendation.  We also liked their attention to detail, everything from the tile work (which looks amazing) to the lattice work (which is also great), screens, railings, painting, even the flower hanging post - which was a special request.  
Every day they came with a great attitude, and it appears that they really love what they do.  Vince and Keith were very conscientious about being sure that their tools, building materials, and scraps were cleaned up at the end of each day.  They certainly made us feel like they were glad to have us as customers.
As with any size-able project we had some delays. Some of the delays were related to getting different instructions from different building inspectors.  Other delays had to do with the fact that these guys are very busy - because they're good.
Overall, we are very satisfied and we would definitely hire these guys again - and already have for a siding repair project (that review will be up on Angie's List soon).  We felt that they really treated us very fair, they provided very high quality workmanship, and they were great to work with.
We are extremely happy with the completed project. This afternoon we had a glass of wine on the new deck and enjoyed the wonderful fall weather; and this evening we had dinner in the screened porch and watched the wildlife in the field and woods behind our house. We look forward to enjoying this space for many years to come.
