This was a great experience! Steve was very professional and friendly. He responded promptly and worked wonderfully with the other contracted company I had hired for a landscaping job. It made everything easy. The install was fast and well done. Great company!

I originally called just for an estimate, but Steven told me that he was on his way home, and could stop by on his way. He actually was parked in front of my yard patiently waiting when I arrived. After looking at my damages, he told me that he could replace my gutters with new parts, or he could repair my existing one free of charge! Since I plan to sell or rent the house in the next 18 months, I asked for the free repair (but All American Seamless Gutter will definitely get my business when it's time for me to move). Steven took care of my abused gutters quickly, while advising me on how to preserve them and prevent further damage. He also gave me tips on maintaining my vinyl siding. All in all, he was efficient, provided excellent customer service, and has earned my future business, and any referrals that I can give.

Steve answered the phone himself and was at my home within and hour to provide me an honest and fair estimate. His was very prompt and very friendly. He was able to come out and complete the work the very next business day. He arrived on time and did a great job on my gutter installation. He was very friendly and courteous. He assured me that he would come take care of anything I needed in the future. This is my first encounter purchasing gutters as we are new homeowners and I was nervous making such a large purchase but Steve was very professional, explained everything to me and took good care of me! I would recommend him again to anyone needing new gutters or service to existing gutters. Thanks you!

The original job went well, but I guess he was hungry at that time. However, if you need any follow up work done, don't bother calling them. One of my down spouts and smaller gutters got bent due to the winter storms this past February, and I needed him to come out to determine if it needed repairing or replacing, but he (Steven Pointer) made some excuse that he never gets out to my neighborhood, and it's not worth his gas. However, I knew ahead of time he was coming out here to address a situation with one of my neighbors, so he basically lied. Also, I asked if I could pay him to come out and remove the gutters so I could have my fascias painted, and then I would have him come back out after the painters were finished to reattach them, but he said that it's too much trouble to do that, and he wasn't interested in the job. The sad part is, we have referred customers to him, and when my husband was contracting, he used his company on several jobs.
