Justin was professional, polite, knowledgeable,& efficient. He knew exactly how to make the repair and did it quickly and for less money than some others had quoted. I would definitely recommend Justin for any in-home appliance repairs.

No further response from provider - did not fix my dishwasher

Justin charged me $125 to repair my dishwasher. When I texted him that the machine was still not working, he didn't reply. I texted him 3 more times and also sent an email. No reply. When my last email said I was going to give him a 1 star review on Angi, he finally replied: "Thanks be blessed." But his blessing did not include disputing my complaint or returning my $125.

Justin was very professional and polite. He did a good job on our dryer repair. He made time to come to us on a Friday afternoon - determined that a new belt was needed, then ordered it and returned to install it Monday morning.His pricing was very reasonable - I would definitely call him again.

Justin contacted me bright and early for a washer that suddenly stopped spinning. I requested feedback from Angie’s List at 1 am. So the quick response was appreciated, as I needed to know if it could be fixed or if I needed to buy a new washer ASAP. He showed up at the appointed time, texted upon his arrival, was pleasant and diagnosed the problem and fixed it. My wife who was away for the last few days will now be happy that we still have a working washer!

Job went very well, had to remove the old broken microwave and replace with a new one. It did not take as long as I thought. Very neat job.

Justin did a great job. Cleaned the condenser coils and determined that a faulty light switch was keeping refrigerator from accurately cooling. Replace the light switch and also help me replace. An old lightbulb in the freezer compartment with a new LED bulb. He was efficient, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely hire him again.
