This morning I woke up to a refrigerator that was clearly out of temp. I came to this page and searched for repairmen. I found the card for Mr. Hood at Complete Appliance Care in Clayton, NC. If youâ re seeing this post I encourage you to save this number in your cellphone right now so that when something breaks in your house you have it. I called Mr Hood at 8am in a panic. I had to throw away everything in my refrigerator and freezer. He arranged to come to my house within 3 hours of my call. I sent him pictures of the Lg Refrigerator serial number and my address and he arrived prepared for the job. Within no time he had assessed the issue and informed me that it would be covered by warranty. There was no cost to me for his service. He replaced all the parts he needed to and within 2 hours he was done. Everything was fixed. He was professional, respectful and knowledgeable about his trade. I feel so blessed to have been able to have worked with him today and I wanted to share this with the community. He was such a good and honest man and provided excellent customer service! I would not hesitate to use him for future needs.

Rob was great. Extremely professional, on time, great communication. Helped with a compressor replacement on my LG refrigerator freezer. Very friendly and informative. Ready with all tools to do the job. Used a floor mat to protect my floors. Cleaned up the refrigerator components in the back, dust, before putting the panels back on. Very thorough. Would absolutely recommend him for appliance repair. Thank you Rob!

Mr.Rob Hood came out and did a superior job fixing my fridge, knowledgeable and proficient in his trade. Answered all my questions and is a very personable individual. Rob came prepared with all his tools and parts and left my kitchen in a clean and organized condition. I highly recommend this company. I will retain in the future and recommend him to others ....super happy with his services !!!!

Although the dented right door skin of the refrigerator was replaced, the technician forgot to bring the refrigerator logo that goes on the skin. Many text messages, calls and emails were placed, but they never responded to any of the attempted contacts. Do not use them. Customer Service is non-existent! Use another provider. The door was replaced on our refrigerator, but Rob the technician forgot the logo for the door. After many text messages, phone calls and emails, they never responded in over a month and half. Terrible customer service. Do not use them!

Rob was great! He arrived on time and worked diligently finding the problem immediately. He had to order a part and came back a few days later to installed it. We are very pleased with his service!

Rob is very professional. I didn t need to order a new part for my gas range. He fixed it and saved me big bucks.

He answered some of my questions and checked out my washer to see if the shock absorbers were in the correct position. I will call him again for future appliance repairs

He was very knowledgeable, very professional, he made sure to not make a mess when he arrived and everything looked as good as new when he left.
