I was quoted a price, with a military discount, over the phone; when Greg came and finished the work, without any new parts, he gave me a much higher amount! I said the amount I was quoted, but he said "some excuse" and I paid the amount. I was satisfied with the work, but not the final price.

Greg came and took a look at our refrigerator and was able to stop the loud noise the condenser was making that same day and returned the following day with a new part to repair our water dispenser. Greg was very prompt, kind and efficient and we'd definitely call Capital Appliance repair to help with future issues as they arise.

I appreciate that they contacted me quickly and were able to get someone out the next morning to set up my new dryer. The house is old and the store I bought from wouldn't do the hook up and James was able to connect things up for me as well as point out a major issue that had probably led to my previous dryer dying that I will be getting addressed soon.
