I thought it was very good. They generally do a real good job when they come out.

This was a special visit. They had installed a whole house humidifier. We were having trouble with it. They came out and contacted the manufacturer when they found out the model that we had been replaced. They got us a replacement model and they installed that. It was all covered under the warranty for the original whole house humidifier. They did the work quickly and efficiently when the equipment arrived. It has been working fine since then. I thought they did a very good job. They went above and beyond. When we had the problem with the humidifier, Mr. Richardson came out and looked at it. He went to his distributor. They called the manufacturer and he spoke to the engineer with the manufacturer. They had had this problem turned into them several times. They were no longer using the units with this seal. That is where the new model came in. I was impressed with the fact that they stuck with it that long and went to those people and he got the answer. He got us the thing with the replacement humidifier. The workers was Mr Richardson and one worker. They were very efficient getting the parts in and out. I was very impressed. I have been working with them for 3 years now with my annual system check. They always have done a good job and I expect that they will in the future. They picked up everything and picked up all the boxes.

Mr. Richardson was on site when scheduled, he was very professional and very efficient.  The installation was complete in a couple of days and is working as intended.  I plan to use Mr. Richardson for any HVAC work I need done.

Mr. Richardson was professional, knowledgeable and informative.

Installed new circulation pump, serviced fireside, filled, tested and bled boiler and register system, install new thermostats, installed auto bleed valves, and more.

* Scheduling an appointment with David was easy via the phone.
* David came out and examined the unit. He determined that the pan was leaking, which was causing water leaks and extra condensation on the outside of the unit
* He suggested taking a phased approach to repair, for cost reasons. First he'd attempt to seal up the pan, and if that didn't work, he'd come back and re-evaluate.
* He sealed up the pan, caulked a bunch of stuff, taped a bunch of stuff, and left. I paid $150 for the examination and service.
* After a few days, I noticed the problem was better, but not completely cured. I called David and scheduled an appointment for later in that week.
* He reinspected the unit and suggested re-grading the entire unit (to slope downwards towards the pan drain drain hole) and stopping there for now. I agreed, an he performed the work. He did not charge me for this second visit.
* Re-grading did the trick. Absolutely no more leaking or condensation outside. Water in the attic is not cool -- I am very happy.

Great, they performed the service and then came back a few weeks later to remove the old drainage pan and check to confirm everything was functioning as intended.

My daughter's AC for the upstairs quit working on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. Sent appointment requests through Mr. Richardson's website that day for an appointment after the holiday. Received a phone call first thing today (Tuesday) and they were able to come out today. She works nights and they were able to work with her schedule so she didn't have to lose any sleep. Mr. Richardson explained what the problems were and what next steps would be if what he did today didn't completely fix the issues. Mr. Richardson was very professional and prompt as well. He also provided her with information on their service contract, which she fully intend on taking advantage of in the future!

I have an old heating and air system that they come check on every six months. Very quick. Very dependable.

I thought that their receipt, unfortunately, was just too detailed. We just wanted a receipt. We won't use them in the future because we were disappointed with the receipt.

Mr. Richardson was the 5th person I had contacted for an estimate and to say I was feeling overwhelmed with information and from dealing with fast talking salesman would be putting it mildly. But, from the moment I met Mr. Richardson I felt at ease because he was very professional and I could tell he took pride in his work and business. There was never a moment where I felt as though he was trying to take advantage by selling me stuff I didn't need. I didn't get a salesman vibe from him so I was able to let my guard down as well. Because I was so confused by previous estimates he was able to help explain everything until he was sure I was comfortable in my understanding. I was extremely impressed and greatful. It may sound silly but at one point I remember asking him "if I were your daughter what would you suggest?" and he did not hesitate to answer and based on his response I took his advice and have no regrets, except not meeting him sooner. Once the unit was replaced, I was so impressed with the work done I made sure to take advantage of a service plan. A service plan of which he did not try to sell me, it was as he was leaving I made sure to ask about it and take advantage of it. I look forward to working with Mr. Richardson for all my heating and a/c needs and highly recommend them!

After having David examine the duct work and the HVAC unit in late Winter, I decided to defer repair. When I was ready to have the project done, I again contacted David as well as two other companies. Again, David was the most knowledgable and offered options and recommendations. His price wasn't the lowest but was very close. The work was done around my schedule, it was done quickly, and everything was cleaned up when he and his crew left. I am very pleased with the results and recommend David highly.

Upon purchasing a new home, we had a long list of HVAC repairs identified by our home inspector. David provided an extremely detailed estimate that followed, item by item, the list provided by our inspector. He allowed us to pick and choose the items we wished to have taken care. We also chose to purchase his preventative maintenance agreement for the year at $270 which allowed us a few discounts for the work he did.

In addition to the work he's done on our new home, we've also had him take care of multiple other issues at our two rental properties. We'd highly recommend David if you have a need for his services.

Overall, the experience went well. They did a great job. We were pleased with their work; they were really professional and addressed all of our concerns. I have a service contract with them. We're happy with their services and would recommend them.

He was prompt, did a good job, was very professional, and they had reasonable prices.

Excellent service from the start. This service was required on a rental unit and I live out of the area. I had contacted other companies that were booking a week or more out. (~100F weather) Their coordinator indicated that they were very busy, but would gladly take care of my unit ASAP. The unit was fixed by the next morning and I was charged a fair service fee--Both the tenant and I were very satisfied.

Overall the experience went well. They came when they said they would on the original appointment day after calling ahead 30 minutes prior to notify me they were on the way. They were professional (uniforms were in good shape; mailed me a final computerized detailed invoice) and stated clearly what they would do (clean the coil since it had been a while; add refrigerant; routine maintenance) and the charges that would be involved. Our unit is running much smoother now full of refrigerant and having been cleaned and lubed. I plan on using these guys in the future to do routine maintenance on our system.

They are straight forward and explain things very well. Their pricing is reasonable as well. The quality of their work is good and I have been satisfied with their service.
