Michael &Aiden did a beautiful job with our tub to shower conversion! They were knowledgeable courteous respectful and hard workers. They answered any questions, explained care and cleaning , and when they left you would neverhave known they were there! The bathroom was immaculate. A supervisor from Jacuzzi visited each day which told me the company insures and takes pride in the quality of their product/work. Customers service even followed up at the end of the job. I would recommend Jacuzzi and Michael and Aiden. .

They were very friendly, quite professional, and patiently addressed any questions we had. Their workmanship was top quality, and the finished product couldn’t look any better. They left the shower, and the bathroom impeccably clean when they finished. They also went over cleaning, and user instructions upon completion. We couldn’t be any more satisfied with our Jacuzzi remodel. They provided not only a high quality product but a beautiful addition to our hall bathroom. Damien and Daniel did an awesome job. They were professional, personable, timely in their approach to the installation the entire time they were in our home. The result was a great looking shower install.

Job was done just as designed. Crew of Gavin, Max and Marcus worked were a smooth working team. Install went as planned, we now have a lower level dream walk in shower. Quality material, great clean up after project was complete.

Chuck was our representative who did a beautiful job. Jacuzzi installed our walk in shower, which we love but a few deep scratches on wall. I contacted Jacuzzi and they immediately set up an appointment to have rep come out. Chuck was on time, knowledgeable and very professional. He did a fantastic job!!. Thank you Chuck and Jacuzzi! Highly recommend. Our dog Carly loved him!

Cameron and Jeremy were very professional with the installation. They were very personable and answered any questions that came up. I would be very comfortable having them back to do any other work that we would have. They kept us constantly informed on how the progress of the installation was going.

Jacuzzi sent one of their employees Cameron Martin to install a walk in shower for us. He did all the work himself and did excellent work. He took out our old bathtub and we were so pleased when he installed our new walk in shower. He was very good of explaining everything from the start and through the whole process. He was a very nice young man and a hard worker. We could tell he takes pride in his work.

My experience was one of the best. Even though my shower/tub still looked brand new and I wished I could save it, my 86 year old dad wanted a walk-in shower because it was beginning to be too much for him to step over into it. Both of my installers were nice, but the main installer, I believe his name was Mr. Madison went above and beyond to make sure everything was done with integrity and didn't cut any corners to rush the job but still completed the job the same day. He was super friendly and kind. He explained everything that was going on as he moved through the different phases of the installation. He takes pride in his work. He believes in getting the job done the right way the 1st time around. Everything was done in a timely manner. Everything was cleaned up well. He even gave us tips on how to take care of the shower properly so it will last and look nice for a long time. I give him a score of 100. I highly recommend him. Thank you Mr. Madison for a great experience and a job well done.
