Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of St. Louis

Had it not been for the installers Damien and Daniel this experience I would not have anyone go thru. It took 10 weeks of bare walls and plumbing pipes exposed in our master bath for a job that is nationally advertised in as little as one day. Had I not continually called (over 30 calls) trying to get information I would not have had ANY idea what was going on. Communication was nill! The installers were very professional and answered any and all questions I had. Thanks Damien and Daniel.

Michael and Tommy did a wonderful job removing our jetted tub and installing a walk-in shower. They were both very personable and professional. The shower is beautiful and we love it.

Cameron and Sabrina completed our shower install. They worked as a team and got the job finished in a day. The new shower replaced our old tub/shower and it turned out beautifully. Cameron communicated with us throughout the process and asked us questions regarding placement of shelves and some of the finishing touches which I appreciated very much. They were very organized and cleaned up throughout the process. Very happy with the new shower and very happy with the workmanship and service we received from Cam and Sabrina.

Michael &Aiden did a beautiful job with our tub to shower conversion! They were knowledgeable courteous respectful and hard workers. They answered any questions, explained care and cleaning , and when they left you would neverhave known they were there! The bathroom was immaculate. A supervisor from Jacuzzi visited each day which told me the company insures and takes pride in the quality of their product/work. Customers service even followed up at the end of the job. I would recommend Jacuzzi and Michael and Aiden. .

My husband, and I recently had our hall bathroom tub removed and replaced with a walk in shower. Joshua C., and Jonathan S., our Jacuzzi technicians, were absolutely amazing. They were very friendly, quite professional, and patiently addressed any questions we had. Their workmanship was top quality, and the finished product couldn’t look any better. They left the shower, and the bathroom impeccably clean when they finished. They also went over cleaning, and user instructions upon completion. We couldn’t be any more satisfied with our Jacuzzi remodel. They provided not only a high quality product but a beautiful addition to our hall bathroom. Job was done just as designed. Crew of Gavin, Max and Marcus worked were a smooth working team. Install went as planned, we now have a lower level dream walk in shower. Quality material, great clean up after project was complete.

These guys knew what they were doing very professional excellent hard workers did extra work had to replace the subfloor beneath my tub before they could put the shower in they were great and Jordan and his assistant one was very friendly and explain things the way you would like to know love it would recommend very highly
