"Could not have been better. Ran into a scheduling issue with another plumber. Called Kirkwood Plumbing on Monday, they were able to schedule us for the next day. Gave them the info from the original plumber's proposal and they agreed to match the cost and work. Plumber was running late due to very heavy traffic. Called 45 minutes before the scheduled appointment to let us know he might be a little late. Arrived only 10 to 15 minutes late, which was fine with us since he had called. Got right to work and finished within a few hours."

"Anytime Plumbing was one of many plumbing businesses I called for a replacement water heater. Not only were they by far the most affordable, but Steve was also above and beyond the best when it came to customer service. You could tell that he was very knowledgeable as well as being personable and friendly. He explained our options, cost, and any issues that could potentially arise so that we weren't surprised the day of the install. Steve even went the extra mile to get all of the necessary paperwork completed ahead of time for the Spire rebate so that all we had to do was put it in the mailbox. Steve arrived on time the day of the installation and was respectful of our space. He was wearing a mask and asked politely if he could enter through the front door. He was working alone during this install and was able to take out the old water heater and bring in the new one without any disturbances while I was working.
