Zoom Drain was super professional! They showed up on time, fixed the problem quickly, and were super friendly – I definitely recommend them!

My drain was backing up whenever I ran the washer or dishwasher. Called Zoom. Jason and Dwayne came out within several hours. Tested main drain and basement drain. They identified the issue quickly and gave me a price. I had them fix it immediately and when they left, I ran a load of laundry. No water backing up!! Professional, great price and very speedy. I'm extremely happy with their work and will call them in the future.

Dwayne & Jason did an excellent job unclogging my main they snaked it then sent the camera thru to ensure it was clear I will use them for all plumbing needs

Amber and Dwayne were wonderful. I called as an emergency situation and within an hour he was at my door. Very knowledgeable, worked quickly and efficiently and price was reasonable and less expensive than we discussed. I saved this company in my phone and will be my Go To when I need any plumbing work!

Our washing machine drain was clogged and we had a bathroom sink that was draining slowly. We requested quotes through Angi and Zoom drain responded quickly and said they would send someone out. The initial response was good. The plumber arrived on time and quickly cleared the bathroom sink. It took him about 15 minutes and we were charged over three hundred dollars. He stated that they work on a flat fee per drain and not by time. Basically we charge to complete the job. He then starting working on the washing machine drain. He did not have the correct equipment and had to come back the next day. He worked on it the next day and wasn?t able to clear it. He declared that the pipe must be broken and would be happy to give us a quote to jackhammer the basement floor to get to the drain trap. Estimated it would likely be a few thousand dollars. He then proceeded to charge us another three hundred dollars for that drain even though he never fixed it. So he cleared on bathroom sink and we were out over six hundred dollars. We called another plumber who came out the next day. He not only cleared that drain (no broken pipe) but also cleaned out our two other bathroom sinks for a total cost of two hundred. We will never use Zoom drain again and do not recommend.

Got here the next day and unclogged our drain.

While they got here sooner than expected I would like to know estimates before they come out, to compare. However I guess like hospitals they do not want to post rates for emergencies. Was give cost before repair was done though. Not extremely high but higher than I thought.

On time, thorough &good price

Andrew and team were out very quickly and worked in a storm to get our sewer lines unclogged so we did not take on more water. We had another big rain storm the following week with no more water backing up into the basement!

They went above and beyond. They came out before the scheduled work date to install the sump pump when the previous one failed. This prevented flooding in the week leading up to the job’s execution.

Technician was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done to replace a sump pump and moving some of the PVC drain pipe. Everything was completed to my satisfaction and in the time estimated.

Sewer line breakage. Zoom was able to locate and replace the pipe without issue. They were punctual, fast and efficient. Their quotes were straight forward. Best price, great service.

This company has the best owner and employees. Adam, Amber, and Andrew. They each provided me with excellent customer service and all had an attitude of caring. When Andrew was finished, he showed me what was done and explained why. I plan on using this company in the near future.

Our technician was Masen. He was punctual, careful of our home with shoes to protect our floors and a tarp. He listened carefully and patiently to my explanation of the problem. He was very quick and had the problem resolved in less than an hour. He then carefully explained the costs, without being pushy. I would definitely use Zoom Drain and would ask for Masen!
