We called to get a quote and the office manager was upfront on pricing, answered all my questions, and even encouraged me to get other quotes and I did. I really just wasted my time because a couple hours later I was calling back after getting outrageous quotes or being told they would have to come and inspect it and couldn't give a quote which I didn't have time for all that nonsense. My only regret is not just going with Ambassador right away because I could have gotten in the next day but they got me scheduled for the following day which I couldn't believe it would be that quick. They scheduled me from 8 to 10 and they were messaged me enroute by 807. I live quite the distance being in St.louis county and they are in Troy but he was here quick. He was very nice and wore shoe coverings and even listened to my dog bark for hours while he worked. There were no secret fees or new charges what I was quoted is what I paid well that and the stupid credit card charge I totally forgot is a thing now in restaurants so have cash or a check to save you more money. I will be using them for any plumbing needs going forward.

Ambassador Plumbing was my first choice and the only one of three companies to respond to my request for a quote. Paul came within a couple of weeks and did a fine job of replacing my Mansfield toilet with their recommended Kohler one that met my specifications. I'm very pleased with not just the toilet but the work too. (Note: Ambassador does not honor the Angi 5% coupon displayed on their site.)

The man that came out was not able to repair my problem, but he tried. When he was unable to clear my line he did not charge me and directed me to a competitor. The man has a good work ethic and is honest. I wood use him again.

Great communication, Tim arrived promptly, listened to what I requested, was courteous, fast and did a great job, all within the price estimate I was given. Ambassador's price was under the other estimates I received from other plumbers, sometimes by a $200.00!

They called immediately after I entered into AL, assessed my problem via phone, came out the same day and completed everything quickly and professionally. And even better, he was just a very kind human being who charged a fair price (I had other bids). He checked multiple other things around my house as well.
