Sam diagnosed the trouble and we had Sam install a new Raheem water heater. He was very quick to respond to my needs and explained very clearly the trouble found. He made a couple of additional recommendations regarding our aging pipes and unsupported water heater overflow tank while he was here, but didn't push any services. He was also great when our giant, hyper dog got inquisitive and came over to say hi. The price was a little more than we were expecting, mostly because the awkward space he had to fit the sink into required some extra time and parts from his truck, but seemed to be in line with what we had seen while researching our plumbing options."
