I emailed 816solarpros asking for some guidance figuring out this issue and no one has responded as of yet, though I am still hopeful they will. Our solar bill is around $300 a month and our electric bill is an average of $100 a month which means we are not currently finding our solar panels to have saved us any money in the short term, but rather cost us an average of an extra $150 per month. I am still hopeful that this will eventually have been an investment that saves us money, but I am not sure this was the best move to save money. I will say the $15,000 tax credit did help, but not enough that I would recommend others to buy solar panels at this time. It did seem better in the sells pitch than it has been in actuality."
