",Once they came in and started working, they did a great job. They were supposed to call me when they were coming, they didn't. i checked on both phones, there were no calls from them.
I happened to look out my window and saw a truck there, one guy standing on side of it. I opened door and waited for the rest to get out. Guy got in truck and they started to pull out of driveway. I yelled at at him and asked what they were doing. No reply, but stopped truck and got out. As he walked toward house. he said "Window World".
If I hadn't stopped them I would assume that they would not have done my windows.

"What they did for me was to raise and level my floors and install a floor joist where there had never been one. My home is 114 years old and has been neglected. After the initial work was done, I wasn't "happy" and had questions about how and why things were done, within 24 hours of voicing my concerns Tony, Ryan and Chris were at my front door.
