The job went very well to my satisfaction and cleanup was good.

I was delighted when Eddie was able to schedule me for the very next day; I was desperate. Chris, the technician arrived right on schedule and was extremely professional, providing me with a diagnosis and cost, which honestly with minimal! He fixed it on the spot in about 15 minutes. Chris was also very informative when I asked about future replacements if and when needed, as my garage door and opener are quite old . Excellent service and very responsive at an extremely reasonable price! Plus they honored an online coupon for the service call!

Chet walked me through several trouble shooting ideas. He was willing to do this for me, while he waited on the phone, for NO CHARGE! I then tried several of his ideas throughout the morning, and failed to fix my own garage door. I then called Chet back to make an appointment to have them make a service call. He was going to make sure that the truck had appropriate equipment when they arrived, so I went out to the garage to tell him exactly which make and model garage door opener I had. When he heard the model of the opener, he told me one more thing to try to fix the problem, and IT WORKED!
Thank you Chet for your patience. Even though you lost money on me this time, I will be a dedicated customer from this day forward.

Inadvertently the wrong door arrived. I had selected a door with one center stile (8 lights) rather than two stiles (12 lights). Eddie promptly reordered the door and it is beautifully installed at the home today. The glass door adds the "pop" we were looking for.
We truly appreciate Eddie'e efforts to get us the door we ordered.

Dan arrived precisely on time, replaced the spring on our door, lubricated all of the rollers/bearings, etc., tightened the chain, and gave us advice about what to watch for in order to avoid an expensive repair in the future. He was professional, efficient, and just a happy guy. Fantastic!
