"Sales person, Bradley and installation crew - Trent and Christian - and their customer service SUPER friendly and very professional. Installation team showed up on time and explained what they were going to do - which had been explained by salesman Bradley, which is very knowledgeable. They started and finished the work, cleaned up and looks awesome. Job was done above our expectations. Their customer service reps were very helpful and courteous. All and in all - I would highly recommend this company. Great job. Thanks to their entire team."

They showed up when they said they would and communication was great from estimate to finish! "I bought the special roofing package through Angie's List on Sunday evening. I was so surprised that Christian called Monday morning about 8 am to check on my request. Our roof was leaking a little into our kitchen. Rain was expected later in the day. He came right away to do the inspection and all the minor repairs were completed. He was very courteous and gave some good advice. I will definitely use Southern Grace for yearly inspections and to perform any repairs.
