Amazingly well

When it was time for a new roof, I consulted with Paul and 2 other companies. Paul's estimate was fair and detail oriented and he took the time to point out some things that needed attention that others had not seen. His crew was quick and efficient and he was there to support them. His followup efforts were also timely and professional. He made things easy for us.

Liberty did an excellent job.On the presale side, Paul Lueders ownerdid an excellent job of explaining options so that we could choose the right ones for us.The installation crew was a group of experienced, hard working guys no rookies here.Trying to fit the job in between spring rainfalls, they worked from early morning until dusk.Only a few small clean-up items to take care of the following day.Clean-up was excellent, and the trash from the old roof tear off was all gone on day 2. I would be highly confident in recommending this company to others.

This company roofed our home in June of 2014. Since then we have had them out multiple times to continue repairing what was suppose to be brand new. After doing more research we discovered that they put the wrong shingles type on our roof and have been told it will always leak until the correct shingles are put on it. After numerous emails, Paul came to our house, sat at my kitchen table and told us, they made a mistake but would not fix it. He offered us $500.00 towards repairs which we declined. He told us his company was too small to afford to fix the problem and there was nothing he could do. When we asked if his insurance would cover it, we received no response. Do not use them. They cannot back up their guarantee. We now have extensive damage on the inside of our home as well due to the repeated leaks.

I paid all but $1000 pending my inspection. When I went over all the issues (15) he opted to not continue the work and to use the money to hire someone to fix the issues. Incorrect installation of composit decking negates the 25 year warranty. Stair hangers incorrectly installed. Things I told them not to do were done anyway. They had to be called back for cleanup. Railing work was sloppy and not finished.

In 2004 when the roof was installed, Liberty was a new company and the owner was not yet organized. Since that time hopefully the company has improved with experience.

My first visit with Paul we walked around the house and I pointed out concerns. He was very open and helpful. Came out again because I had some more questions and decided upon a different color. He was very helpful with the color because my first pick was brighter than I realized. I knew windows and siding had to be ordered. There was a lot of rain during that time so some re-scheduling had to be done but that was expected. They finished all my windows the same day which was great. Showed me how to use them as I can now clean them!

The siding took a little over a week because of the weather but they worked longer days to make up time. My only negative was just a few minor pieces of siding were left on the driveway and near the house but they did take care of it. Chris and Jeff were the two guys that did the work and very very nice people. Overall a great experience that could have been scary!

I contacted the business and the owner, Paul, said that the deal could only be applied for an entire house. That was not indicated in the terms and conditions. I informed him that the side of my home was large. He said it could only be applied for an entire home, and not what I needed. He acted unapologetic. He did not offer to come out and give me an estimate.

Job was done quickly and on time. We said we wanted it done, and later that week we arrived home after work to find the job completed to our satisfaction. Installers thoroughly cleaned up after completion of project. We were very happy with this job.

We were overall extremely pleased with this company. Paul Leuders (one of the owners) made two or three visits to our house to demonstrate his available windows, measure, and give bids. He was always very prompt (actually he was usually early) and very professional and knowledgeable about his products. His installer did an excellent job, and Paul was there each day for the installations to see the job through from start to finish. The project was completed as described to us and on time. The installer always cleaned up after himself once the job was done. Our custom door arrived incorrectly made by the factory (no fault of this contractor as it was ordered correctly by him), and the mistake was quickly fixed without any hassle or charge to us. We got several other bids from other companies, and although this wasn't the lowest bid (somewhere in the middle) Paul seemed the most honest, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and the most helpful and interested in our project. We found using a local contractor who owned the company to be a better experience than using another larger window company with a window salesman who might come and go and for whom it was just a job or a paycheck.

Paul, owner, was very quick to respond and to keep me informed as to when work could be done, Paul sent two men to do the work, which was completed in one day. They were fast but did not pay attention to detail. Railing boards were just sawed off raw on ends...corners not mitered. Paul had power washed earlier but, in my opinion, it was not very clean. Overall it was a fair job and it was relatively cheap, but I would not use the company again.

I took a bid from Paul for replacement windows in my home and to replace my patio door with a French door. Liberty had a great price, but I opted for a little more quality on the window that I wanted, and the contractor I chose was in my community. Paul will definitely stay in close contact with you through the bid process, and if you're deciding on price, Liberty would be hard to beat.

We were very satisfied with their work. They did a nice job. They were very good at communicating with my husband and I.

I called him on a Monday in early April to tell him we wanted his company to perform the work. By Wednesday of that week. all of the work had been finished. They worked quick and did a great job cleaning up after the work.

Our new front porch looks great. Constrution was done in a timely manner and looks great. Very professional company. Would definitely use them again and recommend their work.

They told me exactly how long it would take and that is exactly how long it did take. They showed up everyday around 6:45 and worked approx 7 hours. I was really happy with everything that they did. I especially liked how they really cleaned up after the whole job was finished. Very professional. Also, Paul Lueders the owner always called me promptly back when I had a question or concern. He was easy to get a hold of and quickly took care of everything.

This company did a fantastic job. The windows are great and thousands of dollars cheaper than the other brands. I researched this brand of window and they are great. Paul the owner is very nice and does not give you a high pressure sales tactic. Kevin the installer was great as well. Very nice, reliable, and clean. We had no mess to deal with. I would hire this company again for any of my home construction needs.
