The very next morning, Spencer, the technician, showed up exactly on time as promised. He too, was very gracious and took the time to review the service and products he would be applying to my home. I watched as he meticulously covered every inch of property, at times double-checking his work. Spencer's professionalism, work ethic and attention to detail was off the charts!
