His crew arrived on time and since we were home, they came to the door and let us know they arrived. They were all very nice and very hard workers. After the work was completed they cleaned up and let us know they were leaving. We couldn't be happier with the work done by Carroll Roofing and Exteriors! "A&W representatives were very professional and provided us with a clear explanation of the damage and the options for repair. A&W worked directly with our home insurance company to verify the full cost of the roof replacement and that it would be fully covered under our insurance policy. The roof was replaced in one day. Their was a minor issue with the quality of the fascia that was replaced on one side of the house but it was resolved satisfactorily in a timely manner.
