He was very thorough and nice about answering my many questions. The water test did not change the ceiling stain and he recommended I talk to a plumber regarding a possible plumbing problem. He didn't charge me as he said that he hadn't fixed anything -- but I felt very reassured having had the roof checked. Will definitely use Tesson in the future!"
