They really went out of their way to take care of us after an awful hailstorm and water pouring in our upstairs ceilings. They helped us quickly protect the house, then stuck with us as we navigated step by step through a very long and difficult insurance claim process. Then they found a solution within our budget. Our new roof and gutters are gorgeous, they installed them fast, and most importantly - no more leaks!

Everything was done as scheduled. The crews were here early and got things done the same day. This project was scheduled over 3 different days. One for the roof, another for the soffit / fascia and the last for the gutters. The finished project looks great and we are very happy with our decision.

What an amazing job! The wonderful folks of Coldstream did an amazing job on my flat room. My roof was very old an in need of a lot of repair. Brian was extremely helpful in coming out, and taking great estimates of what it would take to protect my house. Flat roofs are not as common these days so Brian even had his top notch roofer come out and give his opinion as well. I had the whole roof replaced at a great price! The roof looks amazing. Brianâ s communication throughout the entire deal was awesome. And they did everything in a very fast manor, it only took them a few days. All before winter just as requested. The crew was very nice, and even cleaned off my back patio of all the leaves that were there. 10/10 would use Coldstream Exterior again.

Brian was clear and open with his estimate. Scheduled quickly after choosing them. Their team showed up on time, worked a long, 13 hour day to complete it in one day. Cleaned up well. Brian showed up the next day to review the work and ask about any concerns. Total bill was as expected.

I have had multiple positive experiences with Coldstream! In 2019, I had a roof leak doing damage to my master bathroom. On the same day I contacted Cold Stream, Greg came out, getting my appointment in before he headed home. He identified the leak source and got a crew to fix it very shortly. In 2021, I had a leak in my garage, Rick came out, got on my roof, and identified the problem. Ricky was very honest about price options and even told me how I fix it at a lower cost than what Coldstream could offer. And Ricky did not charge me for him coming out. Such honesty (instead of trying to get the sale) was highly appreciated. When I need to replace my whole roof in a few years, Coldstream will be my first call.

Amazingly awesome experience. Bid came in $1,800 less than his competitors. Communications from bid to install and after was phenomenal. Roof looks fantastic and work area cleaned up and immaculate after job was completed. So refreshing to come across an honest and trustworthy roofing contractor!!!

Our experience with Coldstream Exteriors was a very positive one. Our contact person, Ricky Waller, was very knowledgeable and personable. We never had an issue getting in touch with him. He was very patient with the many questions we had. We had a new roof and gutters installed. We also had our wood fascia boards covered with aluminum. The crew that came to our home were very hard workers and very friendly. We canâ  t say enough about the excellent job that was done. Our house looks amazing! Also, their pricing was very reasonable. The entire team was very professional, responsive and helpful. I didnâ t feel like I was dealing with some shifty salespeople. Brian and Brendan were honest and genuine. Brian got on our roof to find where he thought the leak was coming from and even took pictures to show me. His turnaround time for the bid was fast and he was very quick to respond to our emails and phone calls. We love the look of our new roof and highly recommend this team.

After researching many brands of shingles and numerous roofing contractors, we reached out to a few for bids on our roofing job. In our estimation, Coldstream Exteriors and our Project Manager, Brian, were far and away the most professional and informative of the four contractors that we considered. Brian took his time to explain our options, discuss the pros and cons of two featured shingle brands, and recommended a solution to my concern of inadequate intake ventilation in our attic with a hip roof with no soffit. Nobody else suggested that we consider edge vents to bring in more fresh air at the lower edge of the roof. I had a lot of questions about the materials, the venting and warranties and Brian responded to my numerous emails promptly. The installation crew arrived early in the morning and went to work right away. Brian was on site a number of times during the day to make sure that everything was proceeding well and was meeting my expectations. The crew worked efficiently and the entire roof, along with a very thorough clean-up, was completed by mid-afternoon. Although the bid from Coldstream Exteriors was not the least expensive that we received, it was very reasonable and we are quite pleased with the finished product. Our new shingles look great and we expect them to last for at least 30 years, which is longer than we expect to be in our home. We will likely be doing more exterior improvements next year and will certainly be looking to Coldstream Exteriors to replace our facia, siding and gutters. We highly recommend Coldstream Exteriors for roof replacement.

They have good quality control would recommend to all my friends would use them again they are an excellent company to work with. I had eight other roofing companies give me bids in the past two years. This is the only one that required no money down and they gave u the option if you were not happy you did not have to pay the full amount until they fixed the issue you need to give them a call u will be glad you did
