I'm your small project repair guy for residential and commercial projects. I'm leaving the bigger jobs like kitchen, bath, and basement remodeling jobs to the contractors. Below is a summary of the most popular services we provide. If you do not see your specific job request listed below, Please contact us to get a quote! Appliance installation and repair, Vehicle assistance, repair and maintenance service, Electrical installation and repair, Plumbing installation and repair, HVAC maintenance, Carpentry, Roofing repair, MIG welding, Gutter installation and repair, Minor painting, Garage door repair and maintenance, Drywall and ceiling repair, Tile regrouting and repair, Door installation and repair.

"So am writing this review to warn people he may seem trusting but is not. To sum up every contractor he has sent out either didn't do anything and charged the Landloard and i had to fix it or came out saying fixed something but didn't actually fix anything but yet put something to cover the issue. Now scott is the contractor larry has been using for my unit and seemed nice in person and even told me to text direct once problem starts to drop again, so i did and then shortly after get a text of his handyman trying to write larry his boss but me instead on accident with a insulting nickname they use behind customers backs. Once i saw i called and would reject my calls and say to call landloard cause he knew he messed up. But never got a apology from either Scott of keegan services llc or Larry. Now this is also a person that charged the landloard while i was at work to put tape up and I already know that will cause more damage blocking water in a ceiling with no place to go so be warned. If you want someone respectful and does good work call someone else."

We are a reliable Construction Company, that handles all aspects of Construction. From the complete Basement, Bath or Kitchen Remodel to Concrete Work to Roofing and Exterior, we can cover it all!! We have been in St Louis, since 1997. We do act as Sub-Contractors when brought in as such.

"Horrible. Wrote him a check in advance (I know, STUPID!!!) for $15, 837.75 plus $1,345.00 for him to prepare the garage floor and repair cracks. The garage was torn down before he even had the permit approved, so we've been without a garage since around December of 2016. He did to the so-called prep, but another contractor said the work was horrible and would need to be redone. We have called, written, emailed, and he refuses to take our calls. My husband went to his house on several occasions to try to get him to either refund the money or do the work. NO RESULT."

Roofing questions, answered by experts

Although not every state issues licenses for roofing pros, it's important to check with your county or city if hiring a licensed roofing contractor is necessary.

Hiring an unlicensed roofer might result in low-quality work and potential legal issues if an accident happens. It’s always best to check the qualifications and licenses of your roofer before they begin a project.

As you browse our pro listings, take note of the “Angi Approved” badge. Angi Approved businesses meet our standards for certification which include:

  • The owner, principal, or relevant manager passed a criminal background check

  • Required to have applicable state and local licenses

  • Maintain an average star rating of 3.0 or better on our network, if they have at least one review

  • Paying to advertise their services

  • Meeting any other eligibility criteria required by Angi

The cost to replace your roof is often significantly more expensive than the cost to repair it. On average, homeowners will spend between $5,890 and $12,800 to replace a roof. The size of the roof, the roof’s pitch, and the number of stories the house has will significantly affect the overall cost. You can expect to spend upwards of $46,000 for large, high-end roofs.

This all depends upon size, type and complexity of the actual sloped areas of the roof.  An accurate estimate with detailed lists of covered and additional items is imperative when purchasing and protecting yourself during the process.

The average roof replacement in Southeast Wisconsin is $12,000. They usually range between $8,000 and up to $24,000.

$9,500 to $23,000.

Answered by David Wetzel at Rooftek in Portland, OR on 01/10/25

Typical roofing repairs cost between $380 and $1,800 on average. However, most homeowners spend approximately $1,100 on a roofing repair project. The size of the roof, the extent of the damage, and the type of project all impact the final cost. External factors like product availability and supply chain issues may also affect the price.

Projects like repairing damaged gutters will only be around $180 to $560, whereas repairing a sagging roof will be a higher expense at $1,500 to $7,000

Roof repairs start at around $700.00 and go up from there.  There are many significant factors that come into play, and each customer's needs will rarely be the same.

All damage is different. I would recommend getting three quotes broken down by labor and materials.

Answered by Art Eckert at CASA Inspect in Osprey, FL on 01/08/25

Repair costs in this area are around $1,500.

Answered by Fidel Cruz at C39 Roofing in San Marcos, CA on 01/07/25

Repair costs are affected by geographic location such as ice & water underlayment requirements in the North and hurricane durability requirements in the Southeast.  Other things that affect the cost are quality of materials, layers of tear-off, condition of the decking, and the style and pitch of your roof.  Ask contractors to explain their price if they are higher, they are likely being more honest about what the replacement requires.

Before hiring a roofing contractor to work on your project, there are a few things you will want to ask, including:

  • Do you use roofing subcontractors?

  • Do you offer a warranty?

  • Do you have any references?

  • How will you clean up after the project is complete?

  • Will you remove my old or damaged roof?

How long have your crews been working with you?

Do you offer a warranty?

Do you have any references?

How will you clean up after the project is complete?

Will you remove my old or damaged roof?

Answered by Scott A Margiano Sr. at Calvary Remodeling LLC in Shelton, CT on 01/09/25

How long should this product last in my area and does the manufacturer stand behind the product for that length of time?

What is the difference between manufacturer and contractor warranty?

Do you have any references?

Answered by Scott Perkins at Strive Roofing in Mesa, AZ on 01/07/25

Will you remove my old or damaged roof?

Will the roof you install be warrantied against black streaks?

Will the roof you install last as long as the warranty? Or will it only last about half as long?

Answered by Tracy Badra at Community Construction in Lansing, MI on 01/07/25

Does your company have multiple locations?  This will let you know if they are truly local or a large company briefly working your area after a storm.

Do you offer a workmanship warranty?  Confirm in writing the time length and details of such warranty.

Do you have quality reviews?  All roofing contractors have references of their successful jobs.  Good contractors won't have many negative reviews.

How will you protect our windows, siding and landscaping?

Will you remove my old or damaged roof?

Some disqualifying signs to look for are:

-Did the contractor cold call or knock on your door?

-Does the contractor look or talk like a salesman?

-Does the contractor have profiles on many different websites?  Poor contractors will avoid an online presence to avoid bad reviews.

Answered by Michael E. Voelker at ProCrafters Roofing in Allison, IA on 01/06/25

Roofing is a highly skilled and labor-intensive trade. Because of this, you can expect to pay an average of $2 per square foot for your roofing professional. Roofing labor costs generally make up about 60% of the overall project cost.
