So am writing this review to warn people he may seem trusting but is not. To sum up every contractor he has sent out either didn't do anything and charged the Landloard and i had to fix it or came out saying fixed something but didn't actually fix anything but yet put something to cover the issue. Now scott is the contractor larry has been using for my unit and seemed nice in person and even told me to text direct once problem starts to drop again, so i did and then shortly after get a text of his handyman trying to write larry his boss but me instead on accident with a insulting nickname they use behind customers backs. Once i saw i called and would reject my calls and say to call landloard cause he knew he messed up. But never got a apology from either Scott of keegan services llc or Larry. Now this is also a person that charged the landloard while i was at work to put tape up and I already know that will cause more damage blocking water in a ceiling with no place to go so be warned. If you want someone respectful and does good work call someone else.

Larry did an outstanding job which exceeded our expectations. We had an entryway that was devastated by termites and weather damage requiring restoration of the threshold, subfloor and repairs to the joists in the basement underneath. Larry provided the skills with the precision of a surgeon over two days with the result being “it looked like nothing ever happened”!

Master of Repair Services LLC (Larry McFadden) did a wonderful job for me. Specifically, fixed an overhead plumbing leak, and then executed a very nice ceiling repair and paint/texture matching job. Throughout, he was professional, dependable, and honest. I surely will use him with my next problem. He is welcome to come back before then, as a friend!

Larry has done jobs for us before, and as usual he did not disappoint! He replaced the garage facia, caulked and painted. Larry does an awesome job, always punctual, cleans up everything, and does it all for a very fair price. If you need a handyman, he's your guy!

Larry had done some outside work for us prior to this. When we had new countertops installed we needed someone to connect the under mount sink. We contacted Larry to do this for us. While here, I spoke with him about installing backsplash and we decided on a date for him to do that. He is awesome, keeps you in the loop on everything. Since backsplash has a few steps that require different drying times, he made sure we knew what to expect. We love the way it turned out. Highly recommend Larry. The cost below includes two items, under mount sink and backsplash.

I cannot say enough complimentary things about Larry! He is a true professional in every sense of the word. As an Interior Designer I work with many "tradespeople", and Larry is by far one of the very best. Larry was great! He's professional and personable. We found some wiring we weren't expecting in the wall where the dog door was meant to go and he was able to shift things around to make room for the dog door and keep the lights on! I absolutely will be hiring him again soon.

When I contacted Larry I requested repairs on the closet and shower, but the closet was urgent because wire shelving had collapsed and clothes were everywhere. Since I was anticipating out-of-town guests over Labor Day Larry worked us into his schedule and did the closet repairs first. He came back today and regrouted our shower. While he was here he pointed out a couple areas that needed replaced (baseboards), did some cosmetic repairs, and patched an area on the wall that had sustained water damage. Larry is extremely nice to work with......he shows up on time, does meticulous work (seems to be a bit of a perfectionist), and cleans up the job site very well. We feel very lucky to have found his business on Angie's List, and enthusiastically recommend Larry for any home repairs!

I had new granite counter tops installed and needed someone to hook up a new downdraft stove top, Larry came over and put my stove together and hooked it up. While he was here the garbage disposal became inopperable and Larry was able to install a new one the same day for me. I call Larry for all my repair needs. He is extremely detailed and efficient. I have never been unhappy with a job has done.
