Excellent! Jason believes in quality as well as a good price. He's organized, reliable, knowledgeable & explains things well. He inspects everything, including proper ventilation prior to installation & again inspects the work in progress to ensure we have a roof that lasts. We were very impressed with his crew. They showed up on time, were polite & worked steadily like an organized assembly line. They finished the job in one day & cleaned up the site perfectly.

Very responsive was out in two days. Very honest, they located the leak and took pictures so I could understand the problem and scope of work. Pricing was very reasonable. They are honest and did not try to up-sell me. I will call them again if needed and I highly recommend them.

The quality of the work was outstanding. The siding was concrete siding. They did excellent work and exactly matched the existing siding color. I know I was scheduling at their busiest time of the year so there was a delay in getting into the schedule but they kept me updated along the way. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is in need of siding or siding repairs.

Jason called before arriving to repair a few roofing tiles that had blown off the roof ridge. He also repaired two areas of my gutters on the front porch. He explained to me why I had the problem and how he was going to fix it. He's one of the most professional roofers I've ever met. He's a great asset to the company. They will be my go-to roofers in the future.

Brent Varner was absolutely wonderful. He was so knowledgeable and open to answer all of my questions. I love quality and level of detail that he provided answering my questions and why they do things a certain way was very helpful. The roof looks amazing and the crew was prompt and did a good job of cleaning up. Jason was so professional and polite and went the extra mile as well. Great company, would recommend. Also has military discount.

The good: The quality of the work that the siding crew did was very good and any issues that happened with the siding were quickly resolved. The bad: Communication between sales/project management and the work crew was very poor. We had talked about some specific window trim and no one let the work crew know. Because of this, we had to have them come back out to redo the window trim (which was done very well and to our satisfaction). At the same time, they ordered too few of the rosettes for the window trim (we were 4 short) and it took over 1 month for them to come in. While were waiting, we had to cover the holes in the window trim with plastic to make sure water didn't get in the house. We had called them to have them do it but after waiting a few days (and with rain threatening) I finally did it my self. The gutter seemed to go well until we realized that they forgot to connect 3 of the downspouts and it took multiple emails to get them to come out and fix. The final one was done very poorly (didn't use the adapter to the drain, just screwed it in. I bought an adapter myself to fix.) Timeline 6/6 Job started 6/21 Siding complete (except redo of window trim and missing rosettes) 6/22 Gutters started 7/18 Noticed Gutters missing the downspouts 7/27 Rosettes finally installed and window trim corrected 7/30ish Gutters finally completed

I didn't end up going with them but I have a follow up project that I will probably get them to quote. They were very professional, responsive and pleasant to work with. Good, but their pricing was probably 15-20% higher. It was a significant amount. I was impressed enough with their professionalism and knowledge that I will get them to quote another job but couldn't go with them for this project because of price.

it would have been helpful if the company had mentioned up front, either here on Angie's List, on their web page, or in their email contact or phone call to me, that the don't do 'layovers'. (one shingle layer on top of the old one). that is what I intended. I would not have wasted my time and rescheduled my day and would have moved on to someone else. at least the salesman was courteous enough to politely point it out right away, and we agreed that we did not need to waste anymore of our time. I now know to ask the question up front when I call a roofing company. lesson learned.

They put up some loose siding for me. I also called them for my father. They were suppose to put some siding up for my father, but they never called us back. They replaced two pieces of missing siding and tightened up some loose siding on the back of the house. They did a great job. I do not have any complaints with them. I think it was a good price, no complaints about that. The work was really good, it was excellent. They came right at the time they said they were coming. It was a young guy. It went out there and did what he was suppose to do. he was out there about an hour. He did excellent work. I called them to see about doing work at my dads. It was during a time when the area was flooding, so I am unsure if that's why they didn't call back.

Jason was our salesman. He did an excellent job determining and explaining what needed to be done. He was the only salesman that actually went up on the roofs to examine them. He also took pictures of problem areas for our review. He was very straightforward and professional. While his price was higher than other companies, we felt comfortable with him and had no doubts that his company would provide excellent roofs. We are very happy with the roofing and have called Jason for a repair to our siding. This is an excellent company with excellent people.

Throughout the entire process from the estimate to the installation of the new roof Xterior Pro was very professional.

There was a problem with the work initially, but Jason was great about making it right and assuring that the problem got remedied. 100% satisfaction on customer service with Jason.

Chad was our estimator and he worked well with our insurance carrier. When he found additional damage he sent documentation to them and additional work was approved without a hassle. During the presentation I inquired about an upgrade to hail resistant product and Chad advised me it would not be cost effective. Option I was looking at would have increased the job by about $5,000. We did do some upgrade which would result in a better installation which were out of pocket but these were upgrades I had already researched. We also added a system to prevent leaf accumulation in the gutters. Work on the roof start within a month, considering the amount of damage to the area this was not unreasonable. Completed the roof in 2 days (50 square) and excellent cleanup. Siding was delayed while we waited for material to match but was completed quickly. Gutters were the last part of the project and have been up for about a month at this point. Everything looks great, good quality workmanship, clean the area very thoroughly. Financing was exceptional. 25% down with signing. Just received final bill last week. When the insurance company sent me an incorrect hold back Lisa and her folks had the problem corrected in several hours. Very professional and would use them again

Chad, the rep was courteous and met with us twice. He was very thorough. The price he quoted was a bit higher than other contractors we met. We ended up choosing a different contractor but would definitely consider for future projects.
