Window Depot was great to work with. I only had to have 1 window replaced due to storm damage but I will definitely use them in the future for my other windows and sliding doors. Chris, Sean and Ryan did a great job with the install and made sure to everything was cleaned up once they were done.

Brent Varner was great about walking us through all our options.
The installation team was absolutely great. Chris Beelek, Sean Manofsky, and Ryan Horn were professional and their work was top tier.

My whole experience with Window Depot has been amazing. From sales to finish. I had a nightmare with Home Depot getting my new sliding door replaced. I called Window Depot and instant appointment. Picked my door and just had it installed. Chris, Sean and Ryan were the best! They had my new door in fast, and it looks amazing. I am shocked had how good the quality is. The installation is so well done. They were knowledgeable and showed me all its special features. Just so impressed. Thank you so much and I will be using you in the future and telling everyone I know too also.

Excellent! Jason believes in quality as well as a good price. He's organized, reliable, knowledgeable & explains things well. He inspects everything, including proper ventilation prior to installation & again inspects the work in progress to ensure we have a roof that lasts. We were very impressed with his crew. They showed up on time, were polite & worked steadily like an organized assembly line. They finished the job in one day & cleaned up the site perfectly.

Very responsive was out in two days. Very honest, they located the leak and took pictures so I could understand the problem and scope of work. Pricing was very reasonable. They are honest and did not try to up-sell me. I will call them again if needed and I highly recommend them.

The quality of the work was outstanding. The siding was concrete siding. They did excellent work and exactly matched the existing siding color. I know I was scheduling at their busiest time of the year so there was a delay in getting into the schedule but they kept me updated along the way. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is in need of siding or siding repairs.

Jason called before arriving to repair a few roofing tiles that had blown off the roof ridge. He also repaired two areas of my gutters on the front porch. He explained to me why I had the problem and how he was going to fix it. He's one of the most professional roofers I've ever met. He's a great asset to the company. They will be my go-to roofers in the future.

Brent Varner was absolutely wonderful. He was so knowledgeable and open to answer all of my questions. I love quality and level of detail that he provided answering my questions and why they do things a certain way was very helpful. The roof looks amazing and the crew was prompt and did a good job of cleaning up. Jason was so professional and polite and went the extra mile as well. Great company, would recommend. Also has military discount.

The good: The quality of the work that the siding crew did was very good and any issues that happened with the siding were quickly resolved. The bad: Communication between sales/project management and the work crew was very poor. We had talked about some specific window trim and no one let the work crew know. Because of this, we had to have them come back out to redo the window trim (which was done very well and to our satisfaction). At the same time, they ordered too few of the rosettes for the window trim (we were 4 short) and it took over 1 month for them to come in. While were waiting, we had to cover the holes in the window trim with plastic to make sure water didn't get in the house. We had called them to have them do it but after waiting a few days (and with rain threatening) I finally did it my self. The gutter seemed to go well until we realized that they forgot to connect 3 of the downspouts and it took multiple emails to get them to come out and fix. The final one was done very poorly (didn't use the adapter to the drain, just screwed it in. I bought an adapter myself to fix.) Timeline 6/6 Job started 6/21 Siding complete (except redo of window trim and missing rosettes) 6/22 Gutters started 7/18 Noticed Gutters missing the downspouts 7/27 Rosettes finally installed and window trim corrected 7/30ish Gutters finally completed

They put up some loose siding for me. I also called them for my father. They were suppose to put some siding up for my father, but they never called us back. They replaced two pieces of missing siding and tightened up some loose siding on the back of the house. They did a great job. I do not have any complaints with them. I think it was a good price, no complaints about that. The work was really good, it was excellent. They came right at the time they said they were coming. It was a young guy. It went out there and did what he was suppose to do. he was out there about an hour. He did excellent work. I called them to see about doing work at my dads. It was during a time when the area was flooding, so I am unsure if that's why they didn't call back.

Jason was our salesman. He did an excellent job determining and explaining what needed to be done. He was the only salesman that actually went up on the roofs to examine them. He also took pictures of problem areas for our review. He was very straightforward and professional. While his price was higher than other companies, we felt comfortable with him and had no doubts that his company would provide excellent roofs. We are very happy with the roofing and have called Jason for a repair to our siding. This is an excellent company with excellent people.
