Mike took before and after pictures, which showed us the extreme difference - we definitely got more than our monies worth! They were personable, professional and very affordable. Mike pointed out that we had a busted dryer vent that was causing some of the dryer lint to come into our home. We asked if he could repair it and he was able to do that. The whole process took about 1 1/2 hours, and we are totally enjoying the clean, fresh air whenever the furnace kicks in. Riley always kept me informed on the progress of the work he was doing and before leaving THOROUGHLY explained the condition of my air conditioner and what I can do to extend its life. Fortunately my air conditioner, even though it’s 11 years old, is in great condition and I plan on doing things to prolong its life. Overall I would give Riley a rating of 10. He is an exceptional technician, knows his job, explains things well, and personable. The cost today was $17 for a replacement filter."
