Integrity Furnace & Duct Cleaning

We were very impressed with Mike and his team. They were prompt, communicative and professional. We had not had our ducts cleaned for a considerable time and it showed! Integrity took before and after pictures to show their work and they did a phenomenal job. They also gave us pointers for things to watch for. We will definitely be using them again in the future and make this a part of our regular annual routine.

Since we paid cash, the total came in under the quoted rate. Everything went as scheduled. My two story townhouse dryer vent is on the roof and they did a great job getting it cleaned.

Duct Cleaning

Mike and his team arrived on time, quoted the price and immediately got to work. He took before and after pictures of the duct work. He did ask if I wanted the furnace cleaned as an add on. I did end up getting it cleaned. It felt great to have a clean house again! Very pleased.

Great work. Was able to schedule about 1.5 weeks out. Arrived as scheduled. Called when they were on the way, work took about 90 minutes. Decided to have them do the dryer vent and furnace fan while they were here as well.

Mike (the owner of the company) came with one other man. They arrived a few minutes early for the appointment. Both were very courteous and professional. They showed me exactly what they were going to do, asking if was okay to bring the hose through the garage and down the stairs (instead of just doing it without my permission). Theu clensed up after the job and showed me before and after pictures and the difference was amazing.I will definitely be using their service again!!!!

It went fantastic! They showed up on time, got to work, were personable and happy to throw in a free furnace cleaning as the project wasn’t as complex as they assumed. They even had time to do a quick chimney cleaning. We couldn’t be more pleased. And the air quality in our condo is noticeably better. We had been given the runaround over and over by other companies and hed to threaten to sue one in small claims before they did the right thing and issued a refund. Don’t take a chance on wasting your time with unrated businesses. I will only go through Angie’s List from now on. They also replaced a metal piece to replace the tape the other company left after removing their magical UV cleaning light fixture. They had promised to come back and replace it with a plate, and never showed up. Bottom line, these guys are professionals and are independent thinkers who can flexibly work to accommodate the situation at hand!♥️♥️♥️

Absolutely over top excellent! They did an amazing job! Would highly recommend to anyone! They even showed me the before and after pictures of my air ducts, which installed even more confidence in the professionalism of Integrity. I talked to him about a concern of a musty smell in my baby’s room and he went the extra mile to also sanitize the duct. I wouldn’t chose anyone else after my experience with Integrity! I was very happy with them. Not only did they do an excellent job but they are very knowledgeable and found out that my dryer vent was off center and was leaking dryer lint into the house. This is a known fire hazard and I am grateful they found it.

Integrity arrived on time and they were actually a little early. They went about their work and spent time to answer questions and also cleaned the heating registers and ducts for free. Also made some recommendations about the furnace.
