Fortunately my air conditioner, even though it’s 11 years old, is in great condition and I plan on doing things to prolong its life. Overall I would give Riley a rating of 10. "The crew of 3 were very polite and got to work quickly.  The only error was that although I asked to have the empty refrigerator cleaned, they failed to clean the freezer compartment.  Mike Newcome responded that this was a lack of communication on my part.  I believe that when you ask to have your refrigerator cleaned, it includes the small freezer compartment inside the refrigerator.  This was not a big deal however, as the total job was well done and cost effective.  I would use Details again.
