Came quickly, respectful, explained details, worked efficiently, friendly and gave good advice.

AC went out during a heat wave. Filled out the home advisor request at 5am and got a call from the shop 30min later saying they could come out that morning. Loved the responsiveness. Technician determined the blower motor was dead and replaced it as well as looked over the AC unit itself. Cost of parts was standard and cost of labor was very reasonable. Was treated very well in a time of desperation.

Blower in gas forced air furnace was making terrible noise. Hentges answered the call, was able to quickly diagnose the motor problem, replaced the motor and everything is working...visit was less than two hours and total cost for motor, labor and service call = $400.
