When I called their office, the woman I spoke to understood my situation immediately and had their team on my doorstep at 8:00 the next morning, on the dot as scheduled. Their service specialist took apart the furnace inspected it and showed me by video the heat exchanger that our original contractor told me was bad.
Based on his very thorough examination, we knew that the furnace did not need replacement.
Obviously, the first company did not tell us the truth about the condition of our furnace so as to sell us a new one even though it was not needed.

Next, they were professional, clean and courteous as they entered my home and reviewed the work, which at that time, was only air duct cleaning. They took before and after pictures of my ducts - WOW - and then offered to clean the chimney as well for only $50 (since they were already here).
