A part of that agreement included removing carpet and refinishing the stairway from first to second. When the carpet was removed, we were surprised, the stairs needed to be totally rebuilt. David kept us informed promptly when unexpected challenges arose with the stairs, listened to our preferences, presented alternatives and estimates, completed the work in time for the next contractor on our project, and made sure we were happy with the result.
