"It wasn't timely. He hires cheap labor that does everything but isnt good at anything. The framers were hacks using broken lumber in spots. Sheetrock cracked and needed repair ( which they did) the new shower was installed without specialized mounting clips and the flange on shower walls were cracked. The shower door did not function and when I went to fix it, the hanging hardware fell off. New flooring throughout the house including the new addition. The new addition subfloor wasn't screwed correctly which resulted in a reinstall. In the old part of the house, the subfloor was not prepped properly causing the vinyl plank to bow and crack. Jim refused to fix. Jim's crew forgot to put a vent on roof so water came into house and collapsed the bathroom ceiling. ( He did take responsibility and fix that) overall very disappointed with someone that claims to do quality work. If I could rate lowerI would."

"Outstanding Job. Our Forever Floor is Finally Here! Fillip and his crew did a wonderful job on our kitchen floor. After a really bad experience installing LVT on an uneven surface, my partner and I were determined to find a contractor who could get it right this time someone who would give us our forever floor. From the start, Fillip was attentive and professional. He met with both of us, listened to all our concerns, and helped us come up with a solid game plan. I can’t say enough good things about his company. He truly cares about his customers something you don’t see enough these days. Even though I was responsible for providing all the materials, when the transitions I bought didn’t quite match the look of the floor, Fillip went above and beyond. He found and picked up the right pieces that same day so the job could be finished properly. I may not have the flashiest kitchen, but thanks to Fillip, the floor is flawless and I’m definitely hiring him again to do the backsplash once my partner finishes installing the trim. Highly recommend!"

"Let’s just say communication was stellar from the get-go! We met with Tom to go over what work we wanted to do and there’s just something about making a personal connection with someone that makes you feel confident that the work they’re going to do for you is going to be great, and it was! Can’t say enough about Tom and his brother Jesse‘s professionalism, knowledge and skill!! Along with countertops, we were also installing some unfinished cabinets and we didn’t even know it was an option, but Tom offered without us asking to prime and paint them for us as well, AND he even went and matched the paint so the new cabinets matched the old ones we were keeping, which was great because we were under a time crunch to get this work done before family was coming to stay with us. Tom and Jesse worked with us to make sure everything was completed and that we were 100% satisfied in the short amount of time they had to get it done for us. Everything looks beautiful and we would definitely work with Tom and Jesse again in the future! Actually, hoping to have them come back and do some laminate flooring for us as well! Highly recommend these guys, they are great guys, great communication, 100% trustworthy and I guarantee they will do a great job for you!"

"We were really impressed with the team and the building process. It was so smooth, and we didn't have to oversee every little detail. From the initial quote, contract, permits, and HOA approval to the installation and inspection, everything was well-coordinated and communicated. The cost was competitive, and we received five quotes. Nick was the first contractor to give us an official in-person quote. He took the time to walk through our property, identified a few possible challenges in our project, and made sure to note them so the team could ensure a high-quality installation. During the inspection, the city building inspector was really impressed with the workmanship. He mentioned that the company had built the deck above and beyond the required standards. "We have a beautiful outcome but we did 75% of the sanding of the deck and 25% of the patio furniture to meet our quality standards. We were told they were meeting industry standards which we did not believe. There were many late arrivals and even two no shows on the part of his subcontractor. The owner was responsive to our complaints but when he saw we could make the deck wood look new by dedicating time to sanding he did concede we were right. Based on the age alone at first we did not feel he agreed it could be achieved. After his subcontractor left we would go over his sanding even of the patio furniture. We were told all boards that needed replacement were part of the estimate but we had to find them, usually after our finger would pop through in order for him to finally change out all of the rotting boards. He took before and after pics, telling us after the fact for advertising, they are not accurate of his subcontractors work. And despite putting in a combined 32 hours of hard labor sanding, as the owners, we were offered no discount for how this all played out. His subcontractor did two things well, power wash and staining. But he used no eye for detail like we had been promised ahead of time. We will consider hiring the owner for future jobs if he does the work himself but never again with a subcontractor."
