"We could not have been happier with Mike and his entire team! Before the remodel, we read a lot about how remodels are almost always over budget and/or don't finish on time. This project was on time, on budget, and we are thrilled with the results. Mike is very responsive when we had questions, kept us up to date on progress, and was ready with options if a problem would arise. Mike's team found some structural issues in the breezeway remodel that were not apparent before demolition and when he contacted me with the bad news, he already had several options, estimated costs, and had consulted with the city inspector to ensure the options would work. He was on top of things throughout the remodel. Mike is very professional himself, and he has a great group of people working with him. They did a good job keeping the space clean at the end of the day, respecting our living space, and paying attention to quality workmanship. His pricing was comparable to the other contractors that provided bids, but he really put in the up-front work to ensure the project would go smoothly, and it did. Once it was all said and done, I couldn't have been happier with the result and the overall process. I would definitely hire Mike again, and I have already recommended him to several friends for their projects."

"Wow! Amy is top notch. She spent 2 hours at my home on her first visit, carefully assessing the space and learning my design style. Even at that first visit she gave me so many ideas on how to transform the space, and I loved them all. She is so easy to work with! I have spent 20 years staring at the space and hating it, and in 2 hours she gave me hope and confidence. The design process that followed was easy and fun, using Pinterest. Amy then made a return visit to my home with hard copies of her final design, incorporating my choices. And the price was very reasonable! I have never felt confident about choosing home furnishings in the past, but Amy presented me with a wonderful selection of items, ALL of which would work in the space, giving me the confidence to know that whatever I chose, it would work. We hired him to add a door at the top of our basement stairs, a project which also required adding a light, adding and finishing a railing, and walling up a cut-out section of wall. "I had three companies give an estimate for our bath remodel. From the first conversation with Dave, I was convinced on whom to go with. No fast talking pressure sale, no rushed decision making, just a down to earth real person. He didn't try to talk me into a quick cover up-one day job with what looked like a hotel like finished product, it was down to the studs and start over from scratch to make sure it was done right with real tile and high quality fixtures. And get this, His estimate was lower than the other two pushy fast talkers. His crew, and the subcontractors Dave uses for plumbing, electrical, and cabinetry, are all quality, skilled, real people too. After the Bathroom was done, we were so overjoyed with the finished product we asked him to work his magic in the kitchen. He took my design ideas and made them better. We also had him match all the doors on the first floor, and fix a bad window upstairs. I just called him back again to put new windows in the basement.
