Hello! I am a Wisconsin native who graduated from UW Stout with a bachelors degree in Construction Management in 2009. Since then I have been living in Minneapolis and working in the construction and home remodeling industry. I Purchased my first home in St Paul in 2012 and completely remodeled the property myself. Since then I have purchased 2 other homes, a 1934 up/down duplex and an 1886 triplex, both in Northeast Minneapolis. I have over 10 years of hands on experience remodeling and repairing homes for myself and other homeowners. MN is an unregulated state when in comes to home inspections, which means there is no state required certification or licensing required. I took the extra step and I’ve passed the National Home Inspector Examination®, which is the only independent, psychometrically-valid home inspector test in the country.
