"We could not have been happier with Mike and his entire team! Before the remodel, we read a lot about how remodels are almost always over budget and/or don't finish on time. This project was on time, on budget, and we are thrilled with the results. Mike is very responsive when we had questions, kept us up to date on progress, and was ready with options if a problem would arise. Mike's team found some structural issues in the breezeway remodel that were not apparent before demolition and when he contacted me with the bad news, he already had several options, estimated costs, and had consulted with the city inspector to ensure the options would work. He was on top of things throughout the remodel. Mike is very professional himself, and he has a great group of people working with him. They did a good job keeping the space clean at the end of the day, respecting our living space, and paying attention to quality workmanship. His pricing was comparable to the other contractors that provided bids, but he really put in the up-front work to ensure the project would go smoothly, and it did. Once it was all said and done, I couldn't have been happier with the result and the overall process. I would definitely hire Mike again, and I have already recommended him to several friends for their projects."

"I rank Landson Construction #1 in the list of contractors we have hired in our 40 years of home ownership. Ari and his team of subcontractors recently completed a challenging remodel of one of our bathrooms--challenging because it is a very small area with limited space. Their finished job looks better than our separate remodel of a larger bathroom completed by one of the big firms that advertises daily on television. Examples: the tile work in our small shower is exceptional, and the vanity/oversized sink is a perfect match that does not dominate the small room. Ari Erickson (no relation to me) offered selections from his preferred vendors, but we had full latitude to shop on our own for all tile and fixtures. He and his subcontractors kept us fully apprised at all stages of the project, arrived promptly throughout the course of the work, responded promptly to our texts and emails, and cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. My highest recommendation: I always seek at least four bids for a major project, but I would forego that process and hire Landson Construction again for future building/remodeling projects, and would encourage friends and family to do the same."

"Craftmasters Remodeling came to my home to give me a quote on refacing my cabinets. The representative and designer that came to my home, took time to listen to what I was looking for. They had a great presentation showing how I could take my project one step farther and do what they called cabinet renovation. The crew that came to do the work were very friendly and professional. Not only were they able to make my old cabinets look new, I was also able to add a couple extra cabinets and organizing components. I absolutely love my new kitchen!"

She actually helped us look at a home we have for sale to give us ideas of how to make it more appealing to buyers--she suggested simple "fixes" --painting, rearranging furniture and adding new light bulbs to change the feeling of the home. The changes were easy and look fantastic! We also had Amy come to our current house to help us decide on some furniture and layouts for several rooms. "Handy Rite is simply the best!! We recently had handy rite out to fix what I thought was our shower leaking. James from Handy Rite determined that it was just the toilet and that we didn’t have to demo and replace our tile shower pan, which was a huge relief!! He got the toilet fixed that day and returned to replace the water damaged insulation and drywall. The job was completed with excellent craftsmanship and the handy rite team was very friendly, polite and professional. I would highly recommend them for any home repairs."
