J Brothers Home Improvement
About us
We are a family owned and operated business and employ our own framers, superintendents and general laborers. We have been in the building industry for over 31 years. Twenty of those years were spent in new home construction. In 2001 we began the remodeling branch and in 2007 we ended the partnership in new home construction to focus on remodeling. Subcontractors are used for electrical, plumbing, flooring, and roofing. We offer free, no obligation estimates. "We Turn Your House into the Home of Your Dreams!"

We had a complete remodel for our master bath including removal of shower/tub/toilet, etc.. A larger shower was designed and moved to the opposite side of the room. We added a custom built linen closet, granite countertops, upgraded plumbing fixtures, lighting, and ceramic tile. Working with their professional designers made it easy to pull the project together.
From the initial meeting through the final cleaning and walk through, Chuck and his team (contractors included) were on time and on task with good follow through and workmanship. I would highly recommend J Brothers for any build or remodel project.
"Thank you very much for the review, (Removed members name). We loved working with you on your home addition and we are so glad you are enjoying your new space!"
"Thank you for your review. This project was a deck and patio door install. We started with the deck while waiting for the patio door. We installed the door upon receiving it. Unfortunately, the siding that was on the existing home was discontinued by the manufacturer. J Brothers staff checked with several different exterior companies and there wasn't a match to be found. We then went to the home owner and present other options. They chose one and we installed it. Upon completion, the home owner was unsatisfied with their selection and with held final payment. J Brothers Home Improvements did have to take this customer to small claims court. This was a first for our company. There was a settlement and we gave a refund for the siding that was installed and chosen by the home owner. We strive to be amenable and provide quality service to our customers."
"Thank you for the review. The [member name removed] were also great to work with!"
"Thank you for the review, but we are not the J Brothers who did your work."
"Thank you for the review, but we are not the company that did your work."
I decided to go with J. Brothers because I agreed with Chuck's assessment of how much of the existing trim could be reused and because his estimate was the most reasonable. He came back a second time to check the measurements and pick up a piece of trim to match the stain. He arrived late to install the trim because a previous job took longer than expected. This was not a problem for me and he stayed late to finish the job that day. Overall experience was very good.
