"Bill Maibach knows what he’s doing. We have a small, older (1940) Clintonville house and he was up to every challenge it presented – from plumbing to electrical to window and tile. Bill and his colleague, Dave, took our broken, tiny space and turned it into something clean, modern and functional. Not a day goes by without our family delighting in this new space – it’s just so pretty! Bill is a fountain of knowledge – he made helpful suggestions and every time we talked about the remodel, I learned something new. Ours was a relatively small job for his company, but he was so patient and took time to explain everything to me as this was my first ever remodel. He has seen it all - and even when faced with a rotting subfloor, crumbling wiring and ancient plumbing, he repaired, replaced and upgraded. We are a one-bathroom household, and Bill’s scheduling made sure that we were never without a toilet or water. Remodeling is a messy job, but the rest of our house stayed clean even through demolition work. I’m so pleased with Custom Home Works that I’ve asked them to remodel our kitchen in the spring."

"Tim did a superb job of tearing out the old, putting in the new and repairing the active wet spots in the kitchen ceiling. I feel that his estimates were fair and reasonable and the craftsmanship was a world of difference from the previous subpar job I had done. He is very timely, works consistently and stays on schedule. I can't say enough how happy I am with his end result on this project! I'll be having him back to do another bathroom soon!"

"Excellent, quality service from this business. Keeps you informed and explains the work being done, based on my request. On time, prompt and if anything doesn't go as planned (weather, etc.) he will contact you. I'm hiring HHC Construction for other projects in my home. :)"

"Jean and his crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, were polite and cleaned up well. Every aspect of the bathroom renovation was done as promised and a couple of unexpected problems were dealt with without any fuss or added costs to us. I'm very much a perfectionist about work done and I can find no faults here. If you want a company that works with you on design, offers a fair price for the service and completes it on time and when promised, then I can't recommend this company more highly."

"Great communication, excellent work. He remodeled my kitchen and I'm very happy with the results. Would hire again."

"Francisco was excellent in getting back to me and communicating through the project. He was prompt for each appointment and completed every project I had for him in a timely fashion. I will absolutely hire him again. Projects: replace garbage disposal, mount 2 cabinets, fix a broken exterior step, repair damaged privacy fence."

"Mose Troyer does excellent work. He is honest and easy to work with, a real professional. He easily finds solutions to difficulties. We had multiple projects that we presented to Mose. One being a utensil tray for the kitchen drawer that he built from a design that I wanted but could not find commercially. The tray fits like a glove and will last a lifetime. Also, we had exterior doors that had wood rot. Mose meticulously carved out the rot and cut many small, intricate pieces of wood, to replace those areas without compromising the original design of the front entry door. It turned out that the rot was deeper and more pronounced than originally thought, but Mose worked diligently and with great skill to make both exterior doors perfect. Mose also cut and placed a vent in a bathroom and designed and installed an access door for exposed plumbing in the laundry room. I highly recommend Mose Troyer for his skill, courteousness and overall kindness. I will be utilizing him again in the near future."

"Greg recently completed the remodeling of two of our bathrooms. His work was excellent and he was very easy to work with. He explained what he was doing and kept us up-to-date on progress. When there were changes he asked for our input and explained the impact to the cost and timing of the project."

"Anthony (Sales) was very patient and understanding. Kyle (Estimator) was very friendly. He was attentive and gave no impressions of trying to rush the process. Unfortunately, my home repair budget was hit with some unexpected expenses and therefore needed to mothball my bathroom project to a later date."

"Our basement remodel was beautiful and the work was excellent. Nick was very easy to work with and we couldnâ  t be happier with the finished job! The quality of work and attention to detail was top notch. The closets he designed for our teenage children were amazing, with beautiful walk in closets, custom shelving and barn doors. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for custom work and plan to use him again in the future for some updates and changes to our house."
