I am very pleased with results of my kitchen remodel project and would gladly hire Craftsman Renovations again anytime. All of the work was first rate and Dex and Mike were both professional and competent. They are very good communicators and I always knew what was to be done next and what I needed to do as well. All of the subcontractors were excellent and treated my property respectfully. Frankly, kitchen remodels can be difficult, but Dex and Mike made the experience as painless as possible. I would recommend them to anyone (and already have done so).

Each crew that came in were friendly, very competent and cleaned up after each task was finished. From demo, plumbing, electric, cabinetry, finishing you name they were very professional and well worth every penny spent on this project. We have more project for them to do in the future. Would recommend them to anyone.

I would gladly hire them again. Professional from start to finish. They communicated just the right amount, so I always knew what was happening and could make decisions when needed. They didn't make it work for me-they took ownership and did a fantastic job!

They made design recommendations, they responded to our questions promptly, and beat of all, the quality of their work was the best. Craftsman renovation has been a very reliable contractor. I have worked with other contractors in the past and have found Craftsman renovation to be far superior. Their work is impeccable and their communication skills are far above any contractor I have worked with. Their willingness to work with me from start to end with changes happening were greatly appreciate it. I also appreciated the fact that no question that I asked was treated as inconvenient or a bother. I would highly recommend them.

They have not given up an estimate!

It went very well. The work was done by the Mike called Dex. The work was done throughout December of '18 ending about January 5th, '19. Mike appears to be an excellent craftsman. We haven't been able to use our deck because it has about three feet of snow on it. Mike worked long days, all materials were stacked neatly at the end of the day and all trash put in the dumpster. The other Mike, who visited us and gave us the quote, offered good suggestions on materials to use and their differences, My wife and I are very happy with job done and would certainly use Craftsman Renovations again.

Everything went well.  The contractors and subcontractors were very professional and timely.   I was very impressed with all of the work that was done.  I will definitely use them again in the future!

As an old retired guy reading the morning paper every day at my kitchen table next to a porch window, I had the privilege of watching poetry in motion!  I probably saw 90% of all the saw-cuts and screws driven!  I'm sure I probably drove Dex and Carl nuts, though!  Every move was well thought out for maximum efficiency!  Unless you've done a project like this before and have all the right tools, there is no way you could end up with the same beautifully finished product Dex and Carl produced!  They really know what they're doing.  Watching Dex create the step stringers for two stairways was a work of art.  Unless you know what you're doing, you'll just end up with a pile of firewood.  Likewise, until you watch someone cut and assemble an aluminum railing system, you can't really appreciate how difficult and time consuming it is.  Carl worked many hours tweaking and cutting the Westbury Aluminum Railing components until they fit just right.  It takes a lot of patience and skill.  In addition, the new window, door and AZEK Decking were installed with the same skill and care.  They did a wonderful job!  Dex and Carl removed the cedar siding from the porch and prepared it for the new steel siding, but doing the actual siding was sub-contracted out.  They did a good job, too.
I originally wanted a bid from them because I liked their "Bio":  Two local family guys doing what they love to do.  That was Mike and Dex.  Since then, Carl has joined them.  Their livelihood greatly depends on word of mouth from satisfied customers.  So on that account, I would highly recommend Craftsman Renovations for any of your renovation projects.  They are very professional in their dealings and are easy to work with.  They are willing to make the details of their contracts as specific as you want so there are no surprises at the end.  They will try to do whatever you want, but you do have to make sure you understand everything because they can't read your mind.  We must have gone through five or six versions of the contract until I was satisfied.  The price was in the ball park of the other two estimates I received, but it wasn't the cheapest.  But, I'm sure the others would not have put up with all my questions like they did.  Once the work was scheduled and started, it was completed in a timely manner (in time for my daughter's wedding).  So, if you can't tell, I highly recommend Craftsman Renovations!

It didn't! We submitted their estimates to our insurance company and it went back and forth on a few things... We called them and sent texts and its like they completely ignored us.

Good customer service and very responsive to email questions throughout the project.  We had an early surprise at the start of the project, not to vendor's doing, and they were very responsive in identifying a solution and cost.  We added a few things along the way and again they were very responsive in giving us a price and timing.  We had problems with a consistent finish on the new wood flooring and while I would have preferred a faster response to correct the problem I know that it is not always that simple when working with subcontractors and their schedule.  The 'quality' of the work is truly the best and I would hire Craftsman Renovations for future projects.

They did a very good job. They were reliable, did what they said they were going to do, showed up on time, and cleaned up. We didn't have any problems.

Installers were very professional and courteous. We are very happy with the results and the window quality thus far. We did have some scheduling issues initially but nothing significant. We would definitely use them again.

Everything went perfectly!  Mike Dexheimer performed the work himself and the quality of his work is awesome!  He always made sure to clean up thoroughly after each day's work and made sure that all safety concerns were addressed.
