"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "The compressor on my LG refrigerator failed. I called a number of places but only Rogness could take care of it promptly. In fact, I called at 10 a.m. and Kevin was at my house at my house the same afternoon. He was very pleasant, and the repair went perfectly. His price was lower than the amount others had quoted me. I could not be more pleased!"

Kind of cool that he let us vent about our experience with our current fridge, then affirmed our choice of the Cafe model. Nice to deal with a person who listens first, then offers suggestions. "Work was done in less than 8 hours. Ended up being charged an enormous amount of money passed thru by the GC. They did knock off some $ for work that they did not need to do, but over charging residential , non-profit customers at brain surgery rates is ridiculous. Beware."

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

"Blake and Alex came early (after calling to check that it was ok). They had a board to protect our wood floor and taped up the top of our stainless range. After fixing our vent-a-hood, they went to work and found the gas leak that another company couldn’t find. They had to take the whole back off and had no problem getting it done. I then mentioned another problem with the igniters (we had a constant clicking when using the gas burners that we’d had looked at numerous times in the past 18 years). Blake set to work and got that fixed too! I cannot tell you how impressed I am! I will never call another repairman — these guys are just too good!!! I cannot recommend them highly enough."

"I would not recommend water doctors to anyone looking for water treatment in their home. I've never written a bad review of a company but after my awful experience with Water Doctors I felt the need to share my experience and warn others. Water doctors installed our whole house water treatment system in 2016. Over the years the system worked "so so". Their customer service was never great. Fast forward to 2022 and multiple things started breaking down. We had to replace a tank, an irrigation rust removal system, and some valves (totaling $4,600). On the day the tech came to replace everything we were in and out of the house and not really paying attention to what they were doing. They ended up damaging our brand new (expensive) carpet (rusty water stains, and a large tear in the carpet). When I called to let Water Doctors know what happened they were very defensive and said they'd "do their own research on the issue and get back to me". When they finally got back to me they said the technician denied staining and ripping our carpet. It's quite upsetting to spend thousands of dollars with a company and have them treat you so poorly. We definitely will not be using Water Doctors again and I would not recommend them to anyone."

"Terrible company. Possibly a scam. They attempted to sell me a part they didn't even have, and after waiting patiently for OVER A MONTH, I canceled my order. When calling them to confirm, they told me they never had the part to sell to me. What a joke!"
